مجموعة الدكتور سليمان الحبيب تحصل على اعتماد برنامج زمالة جراحات السمنة

اعتمدت الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية ، مستشفيات مجموعة الدكتور سليمان الحبيب الطبية، كمركز تعليمي وتدريبي للحصول على شهادة الزمالة السعودية، في جراحات السمنة، كأول مستشفى خاص بالمملكة ينال هذا الاعتراف، ذكر ذلك الأستاذ الدكتور عوض العمري الرئيس التنفيذي للشؤون الأكاديمية والطبية بالمجموعة.
والذي قال أن الحصول على هذا الاعتماد، جاء بعد التميز الذي حققته المجموعة في التخصصات الدقيقة الأخرى، وكذلك بعد اجتيازها لجميع الاشتراطات والمعايير التي حددتها الهيئة لبرامج الزمالة في جراحات السمنة.

وأضاف أ. د. العمري أن زمالة جراحات السمنة تعد من التخصصات الدقيقة والمعقدة، ويتطلب التدريب فيها وجود مراكز تدريبية متقدمة وحديثة، وذات إمكانيات كبيرة، مشيراً إلى أن البرنامج يقدم شهادة زمالة تمتد لمدة عامين، تتيح الفرصة للتعامل مع مجموعة متنوعة من الحالات، بما في ذلك حالات جراحات الطوارئ واستشارات المرضى المنومين، والإحالات من خلال العيادات الخارجية، لجميع حالات العلاج الجراحي للسمنة المفرطة والجهاز الهضمي العلوي.
