أطباء بلا حدود: طاقمنا بمستشفى الشفاء أبلغ عن وصوله لحالة كارثية

قالت منظمة أطباء بلا حدود، السبت، إن الهجمات تكثفت على مستشفى الشفاء بشكل كبير خلال الساعات القليلة الماضية.
وأضافت المنظمة في بيان على منصة "إكس": "أبلغ طاقمنا في المستشفى عن حالة كارثية في الداخل منذ ساعات قليلة فقط".
وتابعت المنظمة: "تحدثنا عبر الهاتف مع الدكتور محمد عبيد، وهو جراح يعمل لدى منظمة أطباء بلا حدود الخيرية في مستشفى الشفاء.
وأردف: "هناك مريض يحتاج إلى عملية جراحية. وهناك مريض نائم بالفعل في قسمنا. لا يمكننا ترك المستشفى وهؤلاء الأشخاص المرضى في الداخل. كطبيب أديت القسم على أن أساعد الأشخاص الذين يحتاجون إلى المساعدة".
وكررت المنظمة دعواتها بشكل عاجل لوقف الهجمات على المستشفيات وحماية المرافق الطبية والطواقم الطبية والمرضى.
ونقلت المنظمة عن الدكتور محمد أبو مغيصب المسؤول بالمستشفى قوله: "منذ صباح اليوم، توقف العديد من الطواقم الطبية التابعة لمنظمة أطباء بلا حدود عن العمل في المستشفيات المدعومة في مدينة غزة بسبب القصف المستمر".
يذكر أن مستشفى الشفاء هو المرفق الصحي التشغيلي الرئيسي في مدينة غزة الذي يقدم الرعاية الطارئة والجراحية، ويوجد بداخله مئات المرضى والمدنيين النازحين.
ويتعرض مستشفى الشفاء ومحيطه لاستهداف مستمر بالقصف من جانب الجيش الإسرائيلي بزعم "وجود مقر للمسلحين الفلسطينيين" فيه، وهو ما نفته حكومة غزة مرارا.
وحمّلت حركة المقاومة الإسلامية "حماس"، الرئيس الأمريكي جو بايدن وإدارته مسؤولية استهداف المدنيين والطواقم الطبية في مجمع الشفاء الطبي في قطاع غزة.
وقالت "حماس" في بيان: "نحمّل الإدارة الأمريكية والرئيس جو بايدن، المسؤولية الكاملة عن هذه الجريمة البشعة ضد الطواقم الطبية والمرضى والجرحى والنازحين في مشفى الشفاء ومحيطه".
ودعت الحركة "الأمم المتحدة والدول العربية والإسلامية إلى التدخل فورا لوقف هذا العدوان الوحشي، وتحمّل المسؤولية السياسية والقانونية في حماية المدنيين والمستشفيات، التي تعد مناطق آمنة وفق القوانين الدولية".
