تسلم صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير عبدالعزيز بن سعد بن عبدالعزيز أمير منطقة حائل، الدراسة العلمية الميدانية لمواجهة متغيرات العصر والمتغيرات الاجتماعية، والحد من آثارها على معدلات الجريمة في المنطقة، التي نفذتها جامعة حائل بإشراف مباشر من وكالة إمارة المنطقة للشؤون الأمنية، بمشاركة جميع الجهات المعنية وذات العلاقة من جميع الجهات الأمنية والمدنية في المنطقة، التي هدفت إلى التعرف على نوعية المتغيرات والمشكلات الاجتماعية والكشف عن أبرز القضايا الحديثة التي تهدد أمن المجتمع واستقراره، ودعم القطاع الخاص والحكومي في مكافحة الجريمة.

جاء ذلك خلال استقبال سموه بمكتبه اليوم، رئيس جامعة حائل الدكتور راشد بن مسلط الشريف، ووكيل إمارة منطقة حائل للشؤون الأمنية عبدالعزيز بن محمد الصقر، ووكلاء جامعة حائل وفريق الدراسة.
