موعد استطلاع هلال شهر رمضان 1445-2024 رسميا في مصر.. تُنظم دار الإفتاء المصرية، يوم الأحد المقبل، احتفالًا رسميًّا وشعبيًّا كبيرًا في المركز الكبير لمؤتمرات الأزهر بمدينة نصر، مساء يوم 10 مارس 2024م، الموافق 29 شعبان 1445هـ. يأتي هذا الاحتفال بمناسبة استطلاع هلال شهر رمضان المبارك، حيث سيتم الإعلان عن نتائج الرؤية الشرعية والتوصل إلى القرارات الشرعية التي اتخذتها لجانها الشرعية والعلمية المنتشرة في مختلف محافظات الجمهورية.
يعكس هذا الحدث الديني أهمية استطلاع هلال شهر رمضان، ويتضمن الاحتفال العديد من الفعاليات والنشاطات التي تهدف إلى تكريم هذه المناسبة الدينية الكبيرة. يُشير إعلان نتائج الرؤية الشرعية إلى بداية الشهر الكريم، ويمهّد الطريق للمسلمين لاستقبال هذا الشهر الفضيل بالصيام والعبادة والتضرع إلى الله.
ويحضر الحفل اللواء خالد عبد العال، محافظ القاهرة، نائبًا عن رئيس الجمهورية، والدكتور محمد مختار جمعة، وزير الأوقاف، نائبًا عن رئيس مجلس الوزراء، والدكتور محمد الضويني، وكيل الأزهر الشريف، نائبًا عن شيخ الأزهر، والمستشار عمر مروان، وزير العدل، وأعضاء هيئة كبار العلماء وأعضاء مجمع البحوث الإسلامية، ومفتي الجمهورية السابق والأسبق، ونقيب الأشراف، وشيخ مشايخ الطرق الصوفية، وعدد كبير من القيادات السياسية والشعبية والتنفيذية وسفراء الدول العربية والإسلامية.
وأكدت دار الإفتاء، ضرورة الالتزام بإعلان دار الإفتاء فيما يتعلق بالرؤية الشرعية لأهلَّة الشهور الهجرية وعدم الإعلان قبل التوقيت المحدد؛ تجنبًا لحدوث أي بَلبلة قد تحدث بين الناس جراء ذلك.
أمور تفسد الصيام خلال شهر رمضانوحددت دار الإفتاء المصرية أمورًا تفسد الصوم خلال شهر رمضان، وتشمل:
1. أكل وشرب الصائم متعمدًا في نهار رمضان:فإذا أكل أو شرب الصائم متعمدًا في نهار رمضان، يُفطر بإجماع العلماء. وعليه يترتب قضاء يوم واحد في بعض المذاهب، وفي بعض المذاهب الأخرى يترتب عليه قضاء يوم مع الكفارة.2. أكل وشرب الصائم ناسيًا في نهار رمضان:فإذا كان الصائم قد أكل أو شرب ناسيًا، فإن صومه يبطل في مذهب الإمام مالك، ويجب عليه القضاء فقط. أما في غير مالك، فيظل صومه صحيحًا، ولا يترتب عليه قضاء. 3. الجماع عمدًا في نهار رمضان:من مبطلات الصوم أيضًا الجماع عمدًا في نهار رمضان. وعلى من يقوم بذلك أن يقضي اليوم ويؤدي كفارة في مختلف المذاهب.4. تعمد القيء في نهار رمضان:تعمد القيء يُعد من مبطلات الصوم. وكل ما وصل إلى الجوف من السوائل أو المواد الصلبة يُعتبر مبطلًا للصوم.5. الحيض والنفاس أثناء الصيام:الحيض والنفاس يعتبران من مبطلات الصوم، وعلى المرأة في هذه الحالة أن تقضي الأيام التي فاتتها.وتلك هي الأمور التي يجب تجنبها لضمان صحة الصوم خلال شهر رمضان.
