بشرط سداد المخالفات.. 4 أشهر مهلة لتصحيح أوضاع شركات النقل

أعلنت الهيئة العامة للنقل عن تأجيل تطبيق رصد مخالفات 3 خدمات لمدة 4 أشهر، وذلك بهدف رفع مستوى الامتثال باللوائح والأنظمة في قطاع النقل بما ينعكس على جودة الخدمات المقدمة وتسهيلاً على القطاع الخاص.
وأوضحت الهيئة في تعميم لاتحاد الغرف السعودية، أن المهندس ناصر الجاسر وزير النقل والخدمات اللوجستية أصدر قرارًا بمنح مهلة لمدة 4 أشهر اعتبارًا من 25 مارس 2024 لتقديم بعض الخدمات دون الالتزام بسداد مخالفات النقل.

المخالفات وتصحيح الأوضاع
وأرجعت الهيئة قرار التأجيل إلى وجود العديد من المخالفات لدى بعض شركات النقل البري العاملة بالمملكة، وربط تصحيح أوضاعهم بسداد تلك المخالفات، مما أعاق قدرتهم على تصحيح أوضاعهم ورفع نسبة الامتثال.
وأكدت الهيئة على أهمية هذه الخطوة في تمكين شركات النقل من تصحيح أوضاعهم دون عوائق، مما سيسهم في تحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة للجمهور.
وأشارت الهيئة إلى أن القرار يهدف إلى تحقيق التوازن بين تطبيق الأنظمة واللوائح من جهة، وتسهيل ممارسة الأعمال للقطاع الخاص من جهة أخرى.
