اخترقت بطنه آلة حادة.. فريق طبي ينقذ شابًا من الموت بكفر الشيخ

نجح فريق طبي بمستشفى برج البرلس المركزي بمحافظة كفر الشيخ، في إنقاذ حياة شاب في العشرينات من عمره، إثر اختراق آلة حادة بطنه، أدت إلى خروج أمعائه.
تفاصيل إنقاذ الحالةووفقاً لبيان صادر عن مديرية الشؤون الصحية بكفر الشيخ، فقد استقبلت طوارئ مستشفى برج البرلس المركزي حالة اختراق آلة حادة بالجهة اليمنى بالبطن نتج عنها خروج الأمعاء لشاب يبلغ من العمر 28 عاماً، وعلى الفور تعامل معها الفريق المختص من الأطباء والتمريض بعد دخوله العمليات والخروج منها إلى العناية المركزة تحت الملاحظة والمتابعة والحالة الآن بحالة مستقرة.
وأكد الدكتور عبد الرحمن سرحان، مدير مستشفى برج البرلس المركزي، أنّ الفريق الطربي بذل جهدا كبيرا لإنقاذ حياة الشاب المصاب، وكان هناك سرعة تصرف في دخوله العمليات، وتنفيذ جميع التعليمات بدقة وكفاءة.
«صحة كفر الشيخ» تشكر الفريق الطبيومن جانبه، قدم الدكتور محمد أبو السعد، وكيل مديرية الصحة بكفر الشيخ، الشكر إلى جميع الأطباء وفريق التمريض والعاملين بمستشفى برج البرلس المركزي، على جهودهم المبذولة التي تسببت في إنقاذ حياة الشاب المصاب.

وقال د. المخدوم الحاصل على الزمالة الكندية أن المراجع قَدِم إلى المستشفى، وهو يعاني عدة أعراض حادة، وخضع للفحوصات المخبرية وأشعة C.T Scan، وقد أظهرت النتائج تسلخاً وتَمدداً في الشريان الأورطي الصاعد.
أخبار متعلقة أزمة الأدوية تضرب أوروبا.. اختفاء عشرات الأنواع وسط قلق المرضىكيف يُضعف إفراط استخدام الشاشات التحصيل الدراسي لدى الأطفال؟وأوضح د. المخدوم أن الفريق الطبي درس الحالة على ضوء نتائج الفحوصات، وخلص إلى خطة علاجية متكاملة، وجرى نقل المراجع إلى غرفة العمليات بسرعة وأجريت له جراحة عاجلة ومعقدة شارك فيها تخصصات جراحة القلب والعناية المركزة والتخدير، وتم فيها استئصال الجزء المتمزق من الشريان الأورطي الصاعد واستبداله واستمر التدخل الطبي لـ "6" ساعات، مضى بصورة طيبة وفي النهاية توجت جهود الفريق الطبي بالنجاح التام، ونقل المراجع بمؤشرات حيوية مستقرة إلى العناية المركزة، ووضع تحت المراقبة وتحسنت حالته سريعاً، إذ تم فصل جهاز التنفس الاصطناعي عنه في نفس يوم العملية، ونقل بعدها إلى غرفة التنويم حيث أمضى عدة أيام محاطاً بالرعاية الطبية الحثيثة، قبل أن يغادر المستشفى بحالة صحية جيدة.
ووصف د. المخدوم العملية بأنها من أعقد العمليات الجراحية خطورة، لكن كفاءة وتمرس الفريق الطبي والتنسيق العالي بين مختلف التخصصات المشاركة، بالإضافة إلى التجهيزات المتقدمة التي يحظى بها المستشفى ساهم في نجاح العملية وإنقاذ حياة المراجع.
الجدير بالذكر أن مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، قد حقق الكثير من النجاحات الطبية، التي أهلته لحصد عدد كبير من الجوائز والاعتمادات، كاعتماد HIMSS EMRAM Stage-7، ومنظمة الصحة العالمية، وتقييم المستشفيات الصديقة لسلامة المرضى، والكلية الأمريكية للأشعةACR ، واعتماد AABB، واعتماد GHA للسياحة العلاجية، كما تم الاعتراف به كأول مشروع صحي رقمي متكامل في المنطقة.
