أعلنت شركة الخطوط السعودية للشحن عن توقيع اتفاقية تعاون استراتيجية مع الخطوط الصينية للشحن، تهدف إلى تعزيز الربط الجوي بين آسيا، والشرق الأوسط، وأوروبا، عبر مسارات إضافية لأهم خطوط التجارة. ويجسّد هذا التعاون الاستراتيجي التزام الطرفين بدعم حركة التجارة العالمية، وتسريع مساعي المملكة للتحوّل إلى مركز لوجستي عالمي رائد.
وركزت محاور الاتفاقية على زيادة عدد الرحلات بين الرياض وشنغهاي ووجهات أوروبية متعددة، وتدشين خط شحن مباشر بين الرياض وبودابست لأول مرة، في خطوة نوعية تعزز ربط السعودية بالمراكز التجارية الأوروبية، وتدعم مستقبلاً التوسّع نحو وجهات في القارة الأفريقية ايضا، بالإضافة لتوفير حلول شحن متكاملة من خدمات سلاسل التبريد المتقدمة وربطًا بريًا فعالًا.

كما تأتي امتدادًا لمذكرة التفاهم التي تم توقيعها بين الجانبين مطلع العام الجاري، في إطار رؤيتهما المشتركة لتعزيز التعاون في قطاع الشحن الجوي .
