أستاذ بجامعة الملك سعود: السعودية ترى في مصر قوة عربية مؤثرة

أكد منيف الملافخ، أستاذ العلوم السياسية بجامعة الملك سعود، أن المملكة العربية السعودية تعتبر مصر قوة عربية ذات تأثير كبير في مجريات الأحداث الإقليمية والدولية.
وأوضح أن مصر بفضل تاريخها وحضارتها العريقة ودورها السياسي المتجذر، تظل ركيزة أساسية في المنطقة العربية.

وأشار الملافخ، وخلال مداخلة في برنامج "يحدث في مصر" المذاع على قناة "MBC مصر"، إلى أن مصر قد شهدت في فترة من الفترات تراجعًا نسبيًا في دورها السياسي بسبب ظروفها الداخلية الخاصة، إلا أن هذا التراجع كان مؤقتًا.
فقد عادت مصر اليوم لتلعب دورًا أكثر تفاعلاً وتأثيرًا على الساحة السياسية، وأصبحت محورًا للعديد من الأحداث السياسية الإقليمية.
وأضاف الملافخ أن العلاقات بين المملكة العربية السعودية ومصر تستند إلى أسس متينة من التعاون والتفاهم المشترك بشأن العديد من القضايا الإقليمية، مؤكدًا أن الدور المصري حيوي في استقرار المنطقة، وأن القيادة السعودية تُدرك جيدًا أهمية استمرار هذا الدور وتعزيزه في المستقبل.
وأشار أستاذ العلوم السياسية إلى أن المملكة تنظر بعين الاحترام والتقدير لمصر كدولة كبيرة، ليس فقط بحكم حجمها أو عدد سكانها، ولكن لدورها الحضاري والسياسي الممتد عبر التاريخ.
