واعتبر الراشد أن التقدّم والتطور المستدام يمثّل السمة الأساسية لمنظومة الحج، مشيداً بحالة التكامل والتنسيق والتشاركية القائمة بين المؤسسات والقطاعات الوطنية على اختلافها من هيئات حكومية وجهات تطوعية ومؤسسات القطاع الخاص وفق رؤية مؤسسية عالية الكفاءة، الأمر الذي انعكس بإيجابية على مستوى التنظيم والنجاح المميز الذي شهده موسم الحج لهذا العام، وأسهم في ترسيخ مكانة المملكة وسمعتها المرموقة في إدارة الحشود وتوفير بيئة مثالية لحجاج بيت الله الحرام لأداء مناسكهم براحة وأمان.
وأعرب الراشد في هذا السياق، عن اعتزاز البنك العربي الوطني anb بحضوره ضمن المشهد المشترك لخدمة حجاج بيت الله الحرام وذلك للسنة الثالثة على التوالي عبر مبادرته التطوعية "في عون ضيوف الرحمن" والتي يسعى البنك من خلالها إلى بلورة نموذج ريادي للعمل التطوعي يكون له بصمته في تحفيز مساهمات القطاع الخاص في المشاركة في الجهود الكلية الموجّهة لتأدية واجب المملكة المشرّف في خدمة الحجاج ورعاية الأماكن المقدّسة.
جاء ذلك في الوقت الذي أنهت فيه النسخة الثالثة من مبادرة "في عون ضيوف الرحمن" أعمالها التطوعية مع نهاية ثالث أيام التشريق، وإتمام حجاج بيت الله الحرام مناسكهم، بمشاركة أكثر من 1000 متطوع ومتطوعة من الكوادر والكفاءات الطبية واللوجستية والإرشادية المؤهلة، وتمكّنها من خدمة 203,318 مستفيداً عبر 5 مسارات خدمية، مساهمة من المبادرة في تسهيل رحلة الحجيج، لينعموا بتأدية مناسكهم براحة وطمأنينة.
فمع اختتام موسم حج موسم 1446هـ، سجّلت المبادرة زيادة لافتة في حجم المستفيدين من خدماتها التطوعية بنسبة بلغت 42% مقارنة مع الموسم الماضي، ليبلغ بذلك إجمالي حجم المستفيدين الذين تمكّنت المبادرة من خدمتهم خلال مواسمها الثلاث 462,447 مستفيداً.
وتوّزع المستفيدون من المبادرة على 5 مسارات خدمية رئيسة، حيث استحوذت خدمات "التوجيه والإرشاد" على ما نسبته 31,8% من إجمالي عدد المستفيدين بعد تقديمها الخدمات لأكثر من 64,719 حاجاً وحاجة، تلتها خدمات "الترجمة" التي استفاد منها 48,592 حاجاً وحاجة وبنسبة 23,8%، فالخدمات اللوجستية باستحواذها على حصة 19,4% بتقديمها الخدمات لأكثر من 39,526 حاجاً وحاجة، ثم الخدمات الطبية والعلاجية التي استفاد منها 27,381 حاجاً وحاجة وبنسبة 13,4% ، وأخيراً خدمات الإسعافات الأولية التي استفاد منها 23,100 حاجاً وحاجة وبنسبة بلغت 11,3% من إجمالي الخدمات المقدّمة، فيما قدّمت المبادرة خدماتها التطوعية لنحو 21,790 من كوادر القطاعات الحكومية والأمنية، في الوقت الذي وزّعت فيه المبادرة خلال موسم الحج ما يزيد عن 200 ألف مظلة شمسية وعشرات الآلاف من حقائب العناية الشخصية على الحجاج.
وهنّأ الراشد فريق المبادرة من المنظّمين والشركاء والمتطوعين على المستوى المميز من النجاح الذي حققته في موسمها الثالث، وما أظهرته جميع أطرافها من تعاون وتشاركية أثمرت عن جودة الأداء، وحصاد الإشادات وكسب رضا المستفيدين من الحجاج، وإضافة قيمة نوعية وعلامة فارقة للعمل التطوعي الموجه لخدمة حجاج بيت الله الحرام.
