تدعو وزارة الصحة بالتعاون مع ديوان الخدمة المدنية المرشحين للتعيين المدرجة أسماؤهم أدناه مراجعة مديرية الموارد البشرية الطابق الثاني في مبنى الوزارة الكائن في طبربور قرب مستشفى الأمير حمزة لإستكمال إجراءات التعيين مصطحبين الوثائق المدرجة أدناه وعلى نسختين مصدقتين وذلك من الساعة التاسعة صباحا ولغاية الساعه الثانية ظهرا , وكل من يتخلف عن استكمال الاوراق يعتبر مستنكفا عن العمل.

البطاقة الشخصية, شهادة الولادة , دفتر العائلة ، صور شخصية عدد (2)
صورة عن الشهادات للمؤهلات العلمية و كشف علامات الثانوية العامة
للذكور صورة عن دفتر خدمة العلم تبين الإعفاء من الخدمة أو مدة التأجيل .
معادلة الشهادة الأصلية من وزارة التعليم العالي من حملة الشهادات غير الأردنية
شهادات الخبرة مصدقة حسب الأصول .
وثيقة صادرة عن المؤسسة العامة للضمان الاجتماعي تبين مدة الاشتراك ولايتم اعتماد اي خبرة محلية غير مصدقة من قبل وزارة العمل وعلى ان تكون هذه الخبرات مسجلة كاشتراكات اصولية في قيود مؤسسة الضمان الاجتماعي.
وثيقة صادرة عن مديرية التقاعد المدني والعسكري تفيد أن المرشح يتقاضى أو لا يتقاضى رواتب تقاعدية.

دشّن صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز أمير المنطقة الشرقية، في مكتب سموه بديوان الإمارة اليوم الاثنين، مبادرة منصة "أوثق" التي أطلقها فرع وزارة الصحة بالمنطقة الشرقية من خلال بناء منصة رقمية للتكامل والتعاون الحكومي المشترك بين الفرع والإدارة العامة للأحوال المدنية بالمنطقة الشرقية.
وأوضح مدير عام فرع وزارة الصحة بالمنطقة الشرقية الدكتور فارس بن عايض الهمزاني أن منصة "أوثق" تختص بالربط الإلكترني لتحقيق أعلى معايير الجودة للمستفيدين من خدمات توثيق شهادات الميلاد والوفايات وتبليغ الولادة، وكذلك خدمات تقدير الأعمار (التسنين)، وخدمات تحديد العلامة الفارقة للأشخاص، حيث ستسهم المنصة بتقليل فترة المصادقة على شهادات الميلاد من عدة أسابيع إلى أقل من ساعة، وتقليص فترة إصدار تقرير العلامة الفارقة من ثلاثة أسابيع إلى ثلاثة أيام، وتقليص فترة إصدار تقرير تقدير الأعمار من عدة أسابيع إلى أقل من ثلاثة أيام.
