مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر يُنقذ سبعيني مع مضاعفات انسداد الصمام التاجي خلال 45 دقيقة فقط ودون الحاجة لفتح الصدر

نجح مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، في إنقاذ حياة مريض في العقد السابع من العمر، يعاني من مشاكل قلبية حادة ، وقد زار أكثر من مستشفى للتشخيص والعلاج ، ولكن دون جدوى أو الوصول إلى حل نهائي لمشكلته الصحية، مقررين له العلاج بإجراء عملية في القلب مع فتح جراحي للصدر، الأمر الذي دفع المريض للبحث عن طرق علاجية آخرى.

ذكر ذلك الدكتور وليد البوعلي المدير الطبي بالمستشفى، والذي أضاف بأن المريض عند وصوله لعيادة القلب بالمستشفى وإجراء الفحص السريري، اشتكى من ضيق حاد بالتنفس خاصة عند الإستلقاء والشعور بألم بالصدر والسعال وكذلك الدوخة والإجهاد الشديد عند القيام بأي مجهود بدني بسيط، بالإضافة إلى عدم انتظام نبضات القلب على مدار الثلاثة أشهر الماضية. على الفور تم إخضاعه لعدداً من التحاليل المخبرية وإجراء تخطيط كهربائية وصدى القلب (Electrocardiogram - Echocardiogram) وفحص بالأشعة السينية لمنطقة الصدر (Chest X ray).
مفيداً بأن النتائج كشفت عن وجود تضيق شديد جداً في الصمام التاجي الأمر الذي تسبب في تقليل وإعاقة تدفق الدم إلى حجرة الضخ الرئيسية بالقلب وتراكم بعض السوائل بالرئتين، وأن هذا التضيق المتسبب في الأعراض التي لحقت بالمريض، مشيراً إلى أنه بعد مراجعة الفريق الطبي للتاريخ المرضي ودراسة كافة نتائج الفحوصات تم إتخاذ القرار بالتدخل العاجل لإنقاذ حياة المريض وتفادي إصابته بمزيد من المضاعفات والتي من بينها الإصابة بالجلطات الدموية القلبية وإرتفاع ضغط الدم في الشرايين الرئوية.
وقال الدكتور البوعلي أن الفريق الطبي أجرى عملية قسطرة قلبية عاجلة ، استغرقت 45 دقيقة فقط، وتم فيها الوصول إلى الصمام التاجي وفك التضيقات ومن ثم ترميمه، نقل بعدها المريض لجناح التنويم، وقد أشارت نتائج الفحوصات الأولية إلى وجود تحسن كبير في حالته الصحية منذ الساعات الأولى بعد العملية، مشيراً إلى أنه خرج إلى منزله في اليوم التالي للعملية وهو بصحة جيدة وقد انتهت لديه كافة الأعراض السابق ذكرها، وعاد لممارسة حياته بصورة طبيعية.
