رفض الطعون ضد انتخابات الزمالك المصري

حسمت الدائرة الأولى بالمحكمة الإدارية العليا بمجلس الدولة في مصر، اليوم، قرارها بشأن بطلان انتخابات مجلس إدارة نادي الزمالك الحالي، برئاسة حسين لبيب.
وقضت الدائرة الأولى بالمحكمة الإدارية العليا برفض جميع طعون بطلان انتخابات مجلس إدارة نادي الزمال، فيما أكد مصطفى كمال شعيب، محامي إدارة نادي الزمالك أن المحكمة قضت بصحة إجراءات الانتخابات ورفض الطعون.
ومن المقرر أن يمارس مجلس إدارة الزمالك عمله بموجب هذا الحكم، مع إغلاق الباب أمام بطلان الانتخابات أو عودة المجلس السابق مرة أخرى.
يذكر أن عدد من أعضاء الجمعية العمومية بنادي الزمالك تقدموا في وقت سابق بطعون ضد انتخابات النادي، وهو الأمر الذي حسمته المحكمة بالرفض.

وفي ختام اللقاء، رفع رئيس مجلس إدارة النادي شكره وتقديره لسمو أمير المنطقة الشرقية على دعمه واهتمامه المتواصل بمسيرة الرياضة والأندية في المنطقة، مؤكدًا أن هذا الدعم والاهتمام يمثل دافعًا كبيرًا لتحقيق المزيد من الإنجازات.
