ضبط 15 موقعًا للذبح العشوائي في سوق الأغنام بالدمام.. والغرامة 5 آلاف ريال-عاجل

ضبط فرع وزارة البيئة والمياه والزراعة بالمنطقة الشرقية بالتعاون مع شرطة المنطقة الشرقية ومرور المنطقة ، عددا من المسالخ العشوائية بلغ عددها في الساعة الأولى أكثر من 15 موقعا ، كان ذلك في سوق الأغنام بالدمام .
من جانبه أوضح الطبيب البيطري في إدارة الأسواق والمسالك بفرع وزارة البيئة والمياة والزراعة بالمنطقة الشرقية الدكتور قاسم محمد المسلم، اليوم هو أول أيام عيد الأضحى المبارك لعام 1446 بدأنا جولاتنا الميدانية على المسالخ العشوائية المتواجدة في السوق، القصد منها متابعة الذبح العشوائي المخالف داخل حدود سوق الدمام المركزي للأغنام ، وخلال الساعة الأولى من الجولة، تم ضبط أكثر من 15 مواقع مخالفة.

الغرامة 5 آلاف ريال
ولفت المسلم، إبى أن هذا التصرف يعتبر مخالفة تستوجب غرامة تبدأ من 5000 ريال، وتتضاعف المخالفات في حال التكرار وذلك على حسب نظام الزراعة واللائحة التنفيذية، وجدول تصنيف المخالفات والعقوبات لوزارة البيئة ومياه والزراعة.
وأكد الدكتور المسلم، تم مصادرة الأدوات المستخدمة للذبح والحرص على إيقاف الذبح في الموقع وضبط المخالفة على الموقع، حسب نظام الوزارة عن طريق تطبيق ميداني.
تعاون بين الجهات الرقابية
وبين المسلم ، شاركت عدة جهات معنا ذات علاقة منها الضبط الوقائي ، والجهات الأمنية من دوريات المرور ، وكانت المهمة المشاركين في تنظيم وضبط المخالفات معنا داخل السوق.
ونصح المسلم، الجميع بعدم التعامل مع المواقع المخالفة، حيث أنها تفتقر لأبسط شروط النظافة والشروط الفنية والصحية لذبح اللحوم، علما أن اللحوم مادة حساسة سريعة التلوث في حال ذبحها في هذه المواقع، ننصح الجميع بعدم التعامل مع هذه المواقع والتعامل مع المسالخ النظامية التي تشرف عليه الوزارة، حيث وجود المختصين من أطباء بيطريين وفنيين وجزارين مدربين وعمال نظافة ، ووأماكن مريحة لانتظار الخدمة داخل تلك المواقع.
