محافظ القليوبية وسفير كازاخستان يتفقدان معرض منتجات المنطقة الاستثمارية في بنها

قام عبد الحميد الهجان محافظ القليوبية يرافقه السفير خيرات لاما شريف سفير جمهورية كازاخستان بالقاهرة، والوفد المرافق لهما بتفقد معرض منتجات المنطقة الاستثمارية ببنها والمقام على مساحة 80 م2 لعرض منتجات غذائية متنوعة من الموالح والفواكه والخضروات والبقوليات ومنتجات الألبان والحلويات وعسل النحل والعصائر والأسماك ومصنعات الأسماك .
وأبدى الجانب الكازاخستاني إعجابه بالمنتجات المعروضة، وأشار سفير كازاخستان بأن جمهورية كازاخستان تشتهر بالإنتاج الحيواني والمحاصيل الزراعية، حيث يبلُغ إنتاج القمح في جمهورية كازاخستان 20 مليون طن في العام، كما تتسم جمهورية كازاخستان بتوافر جلود الماشية والتي تُستخدم في صناعة الجلود، وأشار السفير إلى أهمية تبادل الخبرات الفنية بين القليوبية وأتيراو فى كافة المجالات، مُشيراً إلى أن عدد سُكان دولة كازاخستان يبلُغ 20 مليون نسمة، لافتاً إلى أنه يزور مصر سنويا 200 ألف سائح كازاخستاني، مما يدعو إلى ضرورة وأهمية تفعيل التعاون المُشترك بين البلدين عامة وبين محافظة القليوبية ومحافظة أتيراو خاصة .
وأكد الهجان أن المحافظة مستعدة لتقديم كافة سبل الدعم لهم، مؤكدًا أن المحافظة يهمها بالدرجة الأولى تشجيع الاستثمار والمستثمرين الجادين لتوفير فرص عمل للشباب خصوصا من أبناء القليوبية .
ومن الجدير بالذكر أن المنطقة الاستثمارية تبلغ مساحتها الإجمالية 46 فدان لإنشاء منطقة استثمارية صناعية تتضمن وحدات إنتاجية وفقا لمواصفات الصناعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، حيث تم تخصيص المنطقة لدعم المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة .
وتشمل المنطقة 3 قطاعات ويشتمل القطاع الأول على المنطقة الصناعية والتي تتكون من عدد 147 وحدة صناعية بإجمالي 44640 م2، بالإضافة إلى 6 ثلاجات مركزية و16 منفذ بيع و18 مخزن في القطاع الصناعي، والقطاع الثاني يتمثل في المنطقة التجارية والتي تشتمل على 9 مباني إدارية ومركز لخدمة المستثمرين مكون من ثلاثة أدوار بمساحة 3000 م2 ، والمركز الحضري للمرأة والمكون من دورين بمساحة 1330 م2 ومركز ريادة الأعمال والمكون من دور واحد فقط بمساحة 305 م2 ومسجد على مساحة 200 م2 ومبنى لخدمات العاملين ومبنى للدفاع المدني ونقطة للإسعاف ومنطقة مرافق عامة بمساحة 4800 م2 .
