وقّعت الشركة السعودية الإستثمارية لإعادة التدوير "سرك" (إحدى شركات صندوق الإستثمارات العامة) إتفاقية إستحواذ على حصة 35٪ من الشركة العربية لصناعة الورق "ورق"، الشركة الرائدة في مجال إعادة تدوير الورق والألياف، وصناعة الورق المقوى في المملكة.
هذا وقد أقيمت مراسم التوقيع في مقر شركة "ورق" في مدينة الدمام يوم الثلاثاء٣١ أكتوبر، وقام بتمثيل مجموعة "سرك" الرئيس التنفيذي لتطوير الأعمال المهندس حسن العمري، بينما مثّل شركة "ورق" نائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة الأستاذ محمد الخريجي بحضور الرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة "سرك" المهندس زياد الشيحه.
وقال الرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة "سرك" بهذه المناسبة "إن إتفاقية "سرك" مع شركة " ورق" تأتي في إطار جهود الشركة نحو الإستثمار الأخضر وجزء من أهدافها في توسيع أعمالها على جميع مسارات إعادة التدوير و في سياق تحقيق أهداف رؤية السعودية ٢٠٣٠ لتوفير بيئة آمنة مستدامة و صناعة إقتصاد دائري، و إستمرارا للجهود الحثيثة في التعاون مع القطاعات الخاصة ودعم الإستثمارات المحلية"
ومن الجدير ذكره أن شركة "ورق" تأسست في مدينة الدمام عام 1994م، وتمتلك أكبر مصنع لإنتاج الورق المقوى في المملكة، ومما تتميز به شركة "ورق" موقعها الإستراتيجي بقربها من مصانع الصناديق الكرتونية، حيث يسمح لها ذلك بإيصال منتجاتها العالية الجودة بسرعة وموثوقية للعملاء الإقليميين والدوليين.

اختتمت لجنة الإعلام والتوعية المصرفية بالبنوك السعودية أعمال النسخة الثالثة من برنامج "واعي المصرفي"، أحد أبرز البرامج الوطنية في مجال التثقيف المالي، والذي يهدف إلى رفع مستوى الوعي المالي والمهارات المعرفية لدى منسوبي الجهات الحكومية والطلاب والطالبات، من خلال تسليط الضوء على مفاهيم الادخار، وتخطيط الميزانية، والاستثمار، والتوعية بمخاطر الاحتيال المالي.

وقد تميزت هذه النسخة بإدخال تحديث نوعي، حيث تم تخصيص جزء من البرنامج بشكل مباشر لمنسوبي إمارات المناطق، بالتعاون مع وزارة الداخلية، ليشمل 12 منطقة إدارية على مستوى المملكة. وقد قُدمت الجلسات من قِبل متحدثين متخصصين ومسؤولين في إدارات الادخار والاستثمار ومكافحة الاحتيال في عدد من البنوك السعودية، ضمن إطار مؤسسي يعكس التزام البنوك بمسؤولياتها الاجتماعية.

كما شمل "واعي المصرفي 3" توسيع دائرة المشاركة لتشمل جهات حكومية جديدة في مناطق مختلفة، بالإضافة إلى القطاع التعليمي، من خلال تقديم محاضرات دراسية لا صفية في عدد من المدارس والجامعات، قدمها مدربون معتمدون ومختصون في المجال المالي.
وقد استفاد من البرنامج أكثر من 46 جهة شملت مدارس، جامعات، إمارات، وجهات حكومية، بما يعكس انتشار البرنامج واتساع أثره على مستوى المملكة
وفي هذا الصدد ، أشارت الأستاذة رابعة الشميسي، الأمين العام للجنة الإعلام والتوعية المصرفية بالبنوك السعودية، إلى أن برنامج "واعي المصرفي" يُعدّ نقلة نوعية في برامج التوعية المالية، مؤكدة أن النسخة الثالثة من البرنامج رسخت حضور المبادرة كمصدر موثوق للتثقيف المالي، ونجحت في الوصول إلى شرائح أوسع من المستفيدين، بما يعكس التزام القطاع المصرفي بدوره في تعزيز الثقافة المالية وتحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
