وزير الخارجية يشارك في الاجتماع العربي الأمريكي بشأن الأوضاع في قطاع غزة

شارك صاحب السمو الأمير فيصل بن فرحان بن عبدالله وزير الخارجية، اليوم، في الاجتماع الوزاري العربي الأمريكي بشأن الأوضاع في قطاع غزة، والذي استضافته جمهورية مصر العربية في العاصمة القاهرة.
وشارك في الاجتماع، معالي الشيخ محمد بن عبدالرحمن آل ثاني رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الخارجية في دولة قطر، ومعالي نائب رئيس الوزراء وزير الخارجية وشؤون المغتربين في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية أيمن الصفدي، ومعالي وزير خارجية جمهورية مصر العربية سامح شكري، ومعالي وزير خارجية الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية أنتوني بلينكن، ومعالي وزيرة الدولة لشؤون التعاون الدولي في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ريم الهاشمي، ومعالي أمين سر اللجنة التنفيذية لمنظمة التحرير الفلسطينية وزير الشؤون المدنية حسين الشيخ.
وناقش الاجتماع، تطورات القضية الفلسطينية والأزمة في قطاع غزة ومحيطها، وجهود تحقيق الوقف الكامل لإطلاق النار، وتنفيذ قرار مجلس الأمن رقم 2720.
وأكد الاجتماع على رفض أية محاولات لتهجير الشعب الفلسطيني خارج أرضه، وأي عملية عسكرية في مدينة رفح الفلسطينية، وأهمية تنفيذ حل الدولتين وإقامة الدولة الفلسطينية وفقاً للمرجعيات الدولية.
حضر الاجتماع، صاحب السمو الأمير مصعب بن محمد بن فهد نائب رئيس بعثة المملكة لدى الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، ومدير الإدارة العامة لشؤون الدول العربية السفير محمود قطان، ومستشار سمو وزير الخارجية محمد اليحيى، والمستشار في الوزارة الدكتورة منال رضوان.
