أمرت النيابة العامة بحبس مواطن لاتهامه بالطعن في حقوق وسلطات مقام حضرة صاحب السمو أمير البلاد حفظه الله ورعاه والتطاول على مسند الإمارة وإذاعة أخبار كاذبة من شأنها إضعاف هيبة البلاد والإضرار بالمصالح القومية لها وذلك عبر حسابه على موقع التواصل الاجتماعي (إكس).
وذكرت النيابة على حسابها الرسمي في موقع التواصل الاجتماعي (إكس) اليوم الأحد أنها باشرت كافة الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة وأمرت بإحالته إلى المحكمة لمحاكمته جزائيا.

وبإيقاف المتهم وإحالته إلى المحكمة المختصة، وتقديم الأدلة على اتهامه، وطلب تشديد العقوبة بحقه لاستغلاله الجمعيات الخيرية والكذب عليها، صدر بحقه حكم يقضي بإدانته بما نسب إليه، ومعاقبته بالسجن (3 سنوات)، وغرامة مالية قدرها(300.000 ريال) "ثلاث مئة ألف ريال سعودي".
