ترأس معالي وزير العدل د.خالد شواني اجتماع اللجنة الوطنية لكتابة التقارير الدولية، وذلك بحضور ممثل العراق الدائم لدى الأمم المتحدة في جنيف السيد عبدالكريم هاشم مصطفى والسيدات والسادة أعضاء اللجنة، حيث تم بحث الاستعدادات الوطنية لمناقشة الاستعراض الدوري الشامل لحقوق الانسان في جنيف.
وجرى خلال الاجتماع، اعداد برنامج عمل لرفع جاهزية الوفد العراقي المناقش وكذلك تسليط الضوء على ابرز تطورات الملف الإنساني والإنجازات المتحققة في ظل البرنامج الحكومي الداعم لملف حقوق الانسان
كما وجه رئيس اللجنة معالي وزير العدل د.خالد شواني، باستكمال كافة الإجراءات الفنية واللوجستية وتشكيل الفرق الداعمة الخاصة بجميع الملفات استعداداً لمناقشتها في الجلسات التحضيرية القادمة لعمل اللجنة.

استقبل صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز، أمير المنطقة الشرقية، في مكتب سموه بديوان الإمارة اليوم الثلاثاء، معالي مساعد وزير الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية للخدمات المشتركة الأستاذ إسماعيل بن سعيد الغامدي.
واستعرض الغامدي أبرز منجزات الوزارة في المنطقة، والبرامج والمبادرات الجاري تنفيذها، إضافة إلى مناقشة عدد من المشاريع المستقبلية التي تسهم في رفع كفاءة الخدمات وتحقيق مستهدفات التنمية المستدامة.
