«الصحة»: نجاح قسطرة مخية لطفلة عمرها 6 أشهر بمستشفى العاصمة الإدارية

أعلنت وزارة الصحة والسكان نجاح فريق طبي بمستشفى العاصمة الإدارية، التابع للهيئة العامة للتأمين الصحي، في إجراء قسطرة مخية علاجية لطفلة تبلغ من العمر 6 أشهر تعاني من حالة نادرة وخطيرة من التشوه الوريدي بالمخ، وهي حالة تهدد النمو الذهني والحركي للأطفال.
إجراء قسطرة مخية لطفلوقال الدكتور حسام عبدالغفار، المتحدث الرسمي لوزارة الصحة والسكان، إن الفريق الطبي نجح أيضًا في إجراء قسطرة مخية لطفل آخر يبلغ من العمر 12 عامًا يعاني من تشوه شرياني وريدي، بالإضافة إلى علاج مريض يبلغ من العمر 51 عامًا كان يعاني من تمدد شرياني بالمخ، حيث تم تركيب دعامة لتحويل المسار الدموي، في إجراء يُعتبر من التقنيات الحديثة في مجال القسطرة المخية لعلاج تمدد الشرايين.
وفي مجال أمراض القلب، أشار «عبدالغفار» إلى نجاح قسم القلب والقسطرة القلبية بالمستشفى في إجراء عملية توسيع الانغلاق الكامل المزمن عن طريق الارتجاع (CTO-PCI) لمريض فلسطيني الجنسية يبلغ من العمر 67 عامًا، كان يعاني من ضعف في عضلة القلب نتيجة انسداد مزمن في الشرايين التاجية وارتفاع ضغط الدم، لافتًا أنه تم التعامل السريع مع الحالة من خلال إجراء قسطرة تشخيصية، تلاها عرض الحالة على لجنة من كبار استشاريي القلب وجراحة القلب والصدر، والتي أوصت بتجنب جراحة القلب المفتوح نظرًا لحالة المريض الصحية، ليتم لاحقًا إجراء قسطرة علاجية ناجحة وتركيب دعامات دوائية باستخدام تقنيات حديثة وأجهزة دقيقة.

وكانت المريضة قد وصلت إلى "مستشفى المانع بالخبر" وهي في حالةٍ حرجة، بعد رفض عددٍ من المستشفيات استقبال حالتها؛ نظرًا لتعقيدها وغياب تقنية "إليزاروف" المتقدِّمة اللازمة لعلاج العظام الميتة وتثبيت الكسور في مثل هذه الحالات النادرة.

وبفضل الله، ثم بفضل كفاءة الفريق الطبي، تمَّ إجراء عمليةٍ جراحيةٍ دقيقة، شملت إزالة المسمار النخاعي القديم، والعظام الميتة، والأنسجة الرخوة المصابة بالعدوى، وتثبيت جهاز "إليزاروف" العظميّ المتطوِّر لتثبيت الكسر، وتعويض الجزء المفقود من العظم.
وقد تمَّت العملية بنجاحٍ تام، وسط استقرار في حالة المريضة وتحسُّنٍ ملحوظ، مع استمرار المتابعة الدقيقة لضمان الشفاء الكامل "بإذن الله".
