وزير العدل يمنح الضبطية القضائية لعدد من العاملين بصندوق الإسكان الاجتماعي

أصدر المستشار عمر مروان وزير العدل، القرار رقم 7832 لسنة 2023 الخاص بتخويل بعض العاملين بصندوق الإسكان الاجتماعي ودعم التمويل العقاري وبعض العاملين بأجهزة المدن ومديريات الإسكان صفة مأموري الضبط القضائي.
وجاء ذلك بعد الاطلاع على المادة 23 من قانون الإجراءات الجنائية: وعلى القانون رقم 93 لسنة 2018 بإصدار قانون الإسكان الاجتماعي ودعم التمويل العقاري؛ وعلى قرار وزير العدل رقم 4453 لسنة 2023 الصادر في 2023/8/3 بتخويل بعض العاملين بصندوق الإسكان الاجتماعي ودعم التمويل العقاري وبعض العاملين بأجهزة المدن ومديريات الإسكان صفة مأموري الضبط القضائي ؛ وعلى كتاب السيد الأستاذ الدكتور المهندس وزير الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية رقم 745 المؤرخ 2023/3/22.
وجاء في نص المادة الأولى، يخول العاملين بصندوق الإسكان الاجتماعي ودعم التمويل العقاري، والعاملين بأجهزة ومديريات الإسكان الآتي أسمائهم بعد، بصفاتهم الوظيفية، كل في دائرة اختصاصه، صفة مأموري الضبط القضائي، وذلك إعمالًا لنص المادة 23 من قانون الإجراءات الجنائية، بالنسبة للجرائم التي تقع بالمخالفة لأحكام القانون رقم 93 لسنة 2018 بإصدار قانون الإسكان الاجتماعي ودعم التمويل العقاري وهم:صندوق الإسكان الاجتماعي ودعم التمويل العقاري، مهند حاتم خميس منصور، محامي بإدارة الشئون القانونية وإبراهيم عبد الوهاب إبراهيم عبد الوهاب، محسب كامل يحيى محسب، أخصائي خدمة عملاء بإدارة الدعم وأخصائي مراجعة داخلية وتفتيش ومديرية الإسكان بمحافظة القليوبية وأحمد محمد محمود عبد الحي باحث قانوني.
وجاء في نص المادة الثانية، ينشر هذا القرار بالوقائع المصرية على نفقة الجهة طالبة القرار، ويعمل به اعتبارا من تاريخ نشره حتى 2025/8/2، تاريخ انتهاء القرار الوزاري رقم 4453 لسنة 2023 الصادر في 2023/8/3.

ويهدف المنتدى إلى جمع نخبة من الاستشاريين والمقاولين والمصنّعين؛ لاستكشاف فرص التعاون الواعدة والاطلاع على الخطط والاستراتيجيات المستقبلية الطموحة ومجموعة من المشاريع المستقبلية، بالإضافة إلى إبراز أقوى الشراكات بين الوطنية للإسكان NHC وشركائها الإستراتيجيين، حيث سيحقق المنتدى فرصًا واعدة للاستثمار والتعاون، وإيجاد فرص لعقد اتفاقيات الاستثمار والشراكات الإستراتيجية، وإرساء معايير جديدة، وإيجاد حلول مبتكرة لتنمية القطاع العقاري، بالإضافة إلى الكشف عن أحدث الاتفاقيات بين الوطنية للإسكان ومجموعةٍ من الشركاء المحليين والعالميين لتأمين سلاسل الإمداد.

وكشفت الشركة الوطنية للإسكان مؤخرًا عن توقيع اتفاقية تعاون مع مجموعة سيتيك الصينية للإنشاءات، وذلك لإنشاء مدينة صناعية ومناطق لوجستية لمواد البناء، لتأمين سلاسل الإمداد للمشاريع السكنية وضمان تنفيذها في الوقت المستهدف، وبالجودة العالية، من خلال جذب 12 مصنعًا من أكبر المصانع المتخصصة في مواد البناء والاستفادة من التجارب الصينية إلى جانب دخول عدد من المصانع المحلية للارتقاء بمستوى الأعمال وجذب أفضل مزودي الخدمات لمختلف قطاعات الشركة والشركات التابعة لها، والمشاريع الأخرى وفق أعلى المعايير العالمية.
يذكر أن "الوطنية للإسكان" تُعد أكبر مطور عقاري في الشرق الأوسط، حيث تهدف إلى تطوير ضواح سكنية ومجتمعات عمرانية متكاملة من خلال تطوير 9 ضواحٍ سكنية متكاملة وضخ 300 ألف وحدة سكنية بنهاية 2025م، وذلك في إطار سعيها إلى تحقيق مستهدفات برنامج الإسكان -أحد برامج رؤية السعودية 2030- برفع نسبة التملك السكني للأسر السعودية إلى 70%.
