التوقيع على مذكرة تفاهم بين جهاز الإمارات للمحاسبة ومركز دبي للأمن الاقتصادي

وقع جهاز الإمارات للمحاسبة، ومركز دبي للأمن الاقتصادي، اليوم مذكرة تفاهم، تهدف إلى تعزيز التعاون الاستراتيجي في مجالات النزاهة وحماية الموارد العامة.
وقع المذكرة، عن جهاز الإمارات للمحاسبة، سعادة محمد راشد الزعابي وكيل الوزارة في الجهاز، وعن مركز دبي للأمن الاقتصادي، سعادة فيصل يوسف بن سليطين المدير التنفيذي.
تهدف المذكرة، التي تم توقيعها في مقر الجهاز بأبوظبي، إلى توفير إطار عمل مشترك يركز على التصدي للمخالفات المالية والإدارية، وتبادل الخبرات والمعلومات بين الطرفين.
يأتي هذا التعاون في سياق رؤية القيادة الرشيدة التي تؤكد على أهمية التنسيق لمنع الممارسات التي من شأنها المساس بالاقتصاد الوطني والإضرار بالمال العام.
وأكد الزعابي، الالتزام بتحقيق توجيهات القيادة الرشيدة في دعم وحماية المنظومة المالية والاقتصادية للدولة، موضحا أن مذكرة التفاهم تعزز من ضمان سلامة القواعد والإجراءات المالية، وتعطي ثقة كبيرة للمستثمرين والمؤسسات المالية في الدولة كمركز للأعمال.
وقال فيصل بن سليطين إن توقيع المذكرة يعكس الحرص على توحيد الجهود لمواجهة التحديات المشتركة من خلال تبادل الخبرات وتقديم الدعم المتبادل، مشيرا إلى العمل على رسم مسار آمن ومستقر لاقتصاد الدولة، وتأمين أفضل فرص التأهيل والتدريب للكفاءات الوطنية.
يذكر أن توقيع مذكرة التفاهم يأتي كخطوة أولى نحو تعاون أوسع بين الطرفين، بهدف إرساء مبادئ النزاهة والمحاسبة والشفافية في أنشطة وعمليات الجهات في القطاعين العام والخاص، ما يعزز من سمعة الدولة وثقتها على المستويين الإقليمي والدولي.وام

واوضح أمين عام لجنة السلامة المرورية بالمنطقة الشرقية عبدالله بن سعد الراجحي أن المذكرة تهدف إلى وضع إطار للتفاهم في مجال التثقيف والتوعية بالسلامة المرورية لدى طلبة ومنسوبي التعليم العام وقائدي الحافلات التعليمية، بما يخدم المستهدفات الوطنية، ويسهم في بناء وتعزيز مهارات ومبادئ وقيم السلامة المرورية لديهم من خلال مبادرة “قيادتي” والأنشطة التثقيفية والتوعوية.
واضاف الراجحي : تعد مبادرة “قيادتي” واحدة من أهم المبادرات التي عملت عليها لجنة السلامة المرورية بالمنطقة الشرقية وطورتها على مدى عشر سنوات متتالية. فمن خلال استخدام المنصة الإلكترونية، تقدم مبادرة “قيادتي” دروساً لجميع مستخدمي المركبات الخفيفة أو الثقيلة، بالإضافة إلى توفير دروس متخصصة للدراجات النارية والهوائية والحافلات المدرسية على حد سواء. كما يأتي “قيادتي” معززًا لجهود اللجنة في توفير أفضل الحلول المبتكرة للوصول إلى أكبر شريحة ممكنة بـ 6 لغات مختلفة، إضافةً إلى لغة الصم والبكم، بهدف تدريب وتوعية مستخدمي المركبات في أي وقت وفي أي مكان.
كما استطاعت اللجنة من خلال مبادرة “قيادتي” الوصول لأكثر من (٨٩) دولة، فيما بلغ عدد أعضاء المبادرة (214,128) عضوًا حول العالم، وبلغ عدد الشركات المنضمة للمبادرة (3776) شركة، معتمد لبعضها وملزم للبعض الآخر. كما أصدر البرنامج (183,257) شهادة، واستطاع المشاركون إنجاز (2,421,540) اختبارًا.
وقع المذكرة عن وزارة التعليم وكيل الوزارة لتنمية قدرات الطلاب الدكتور سعد بن عواض الحربي، ومن الجهة الأخرى أمين عام لجنة السلامة المرورية بالمنطقة الشرقية عبدالله بن سعد الراجحي. وتسعى أمانة اللجنة الوزارية للسلامة المرورية إلى تعزيز أوجه التعاون بين الجهات من مختلف القطاعات، لإطلاق المشاريع والمبادرات التوعوية؛ تحقيقًا للمستهدفات الوطنية، ودعمًا لأحد الركائز الاستراتيجية للسلامة المرورية المتمثل في “تعزيز التوعية بالسلامة المرورية وتعليم الجيل القادم من السائقين”.
