487300 معاملة عبر "عُمان للأعمال" بنهاية يونيو.. وتحديثات جديدة لضمان سرعة الإنجاز

أعلنت وزارة التجارة والصناعة وترويج الاستثمار عن إدخال تحسينات وتسهيلات جديدة على عدد من الخدمات المقدَّمة للمستثمرين ورجال الأعمال عبر "منصة عُمان للأعمال"، وتأتي هذه الخطوة في إطار جهود الوزارة لتسهيل وتبسيط وتسريع المعاملات التجارية من خلال إعادة تطوير الإجراءات وتقليل الاشتراطات المطلوبة.
وتهدف التحسينات الجديدة إلى تسهيل خدمات قطاع الأعمال التي تتصل بالعمل التجاري وتوفر الوقت والجهد للمستثمرين وأصحاب وصاحبات الأعمال؛ مما يتيح لهم استكمال معاملاتهم بسرعة أكبر وكفاءة أعلى، إضافة لتعزيز بيئة الأعمال في سلطنة عُمان وجذب المزيد من الاستثمارات المحلية والأجنبية.
وشملت التحسينات: خدمات التسجيل التجاري، وتحديث بيانات السجل التجاري، ونقل ملكية السجل التجاري، إضافة لإدخال بعض التحسينات في طلبات التراخيص وطلبات تسجيل الشركات الخاضعة لقانون استثمار رأس المال الأجنبي، كما تضمنت التحديثات تبسيط الإجراءات وتقليل الاشتراطات المطلوبة؛ مما يُسهم في تحسين تجربة المستخدم وتسهيل إنجاز المعاملات بشكل أسرع وأكثر فعالية، وبالتالي دعم البيئة الاستثمارية في سلطنة عُمان وجذب المزيد من الاستثمارات.
وتُؤكد الوزارة أنَّها مستمرة في تقييم وتحسين الخدمات المقدَّمة بناءً على ملاحظات واحتياجات المستثمرين، بهدف تقديم تجربة متكاملة وميسَّرة تدعم النمو الاقتصادي وتسهم في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة.
يُشار إلى أنَّ عدد المعاملات المنجزة عبر منصة عُمان للأعمال بلغت 487300 معاملة خلال النصف الأول من العام 2024م.
