الصندوق العقاري: خصم لمستفيدي الإقراض المباشر قبل عام 2017 في حالة السداد المبكر

أعلن صندوق التنمية العقارية اليوم، عن برنامج السداد المبكر، الذي يمنح مستفيدي الإقراض المباشر قبل عام 2017 خصمًا يصل إلى 24% في حالة السداد المبكر لكامل القرض العقاري أو جزء منه، بشرط أن يكون المستفيد ملتزمًا بالسداد للاستفادة من آلية الخصم.
ويأتي هذه البرنامج ضمن سعي الصندوق العقاري إلى تحفيز وتشجيع مستفيدي الإقراض المباشر ممن صرفوا قروضهم العقارية قبل عام 2017م حسب النظام القديم؛ بهدف تخفيف الالتزامات المالية ومعالجة المديونيات وتحسين سجلاتهم الائتمانية.
وأوضح الصندوق العقاري في بيان صحفي اليوم، أن برنامج السداد المبكر ينطبق على مستفيدي الإقراض المباشر لسداد كامل قيمة القرض العقاري، أو جزء منه، وبما لا يقل عن قسط سنوي، مشيرًا إلى أن البرنامج لا يشمل ممن لديهم أقساط متأخرة، داعيًا جميع مستفيدي الإقراض المباشر للاستفادة من البرنامج وتقديم طلب السداد المبكر لكامل القرض أو جزء منه من خلال البوابة الإلكترونية على الرابط التالي: https://portal.redf.gov.sa/service-details/advance-payment .
وبيَّن أن البرنامج يأتي ضمن مبادرات الصندوق لضمان الاستدامة المالية، بما يُسهم في تعزيز ثقافة السداد المبكر، وتحسين الكفاءة في تطوير برامج وحلول تمويلية مبتكرة تُمكن الأجيال القادمة من تملك السكن.
يذكر أن صندوق التنمية العقارية خصص خدمة إلكترونية لاستقبال طلبات المستفيدين للاستفادة من برنامج السداد المبكر، بالإضافة إلى الرقم الموحد (920002354) لاستقبال الطلبات الواردة والرد على استفسارات المستفيدين من البرنامج.
