أكد الدكتور مختار غباشي، نائب رئيس المركز العربي للدراسات السياسية والاستراتيجية، أن عمرو موسى، الأمين العام الأسبق لجامعة الدول العربية، يُعد من أبرز الشخصيات التي تمتلك فهمًا عميقًا ومتكاملًا للتعقيدات الإقليمية، وعلى رأسها القضية الفلسطينية والأزمة السورية، مشيرًا إلى أن موسى يتميز بـ"حنكة سياسية" قلّ نظيرها في الساحة العربية.
