وقال الحرس الوطني في بيان صحفي إن الشيخ فيصل النواف عبر في البرقية عن أصدق التهاني وأخلص التبريكات بمناسبة الذكرى الثالثة لتولي سمو أمير البلاد مقاليد الحكم سائلا المولى العلي القدير أن يديم على سموه موفور الصحة والعافية لمواصلة مسيرة الخير والنماء للوطن العزيز.
كما دعا المولى عز وجل أن يديم نعمتي الأمن والاستقرار والرخاء على وطننا الغالي والشعب الكويتي الوفي تحت ظل القيادة الحكيمة لسموه بمؤازرة أخيه سمو ولي العهد الأمين حفظه الله.
وأكد الشيخ فيصل النواف أن منتسبي الحرس الوطني يجددون لسموه العهد والولاء والوفاء على مواصلة العمل والبذل والعطاء لخدمة الوطن المعطاء والدفاع عنه وحفظ أمنه واستقراره وبذل الغالي والنفيس من أجل الدفاع عنه.
