لإدامة زخم العمليات.. الحشد يقر استراتيجية أمن ديالى لعام 2024

أقر الحشد الشعبي، اليوم الاحد (11 شباط 2024)، استراتيجية أمن ديالى لعام 2024 ، فيما أشار الى تضمينها 8 أولويات.
وقال القيادي في الحشد الشعبي صادق الحسيني، لـ "بغداد اليوم"، ان "قيادة محور ديالى للحشد الشعبي، عقدت اجتماعا موسعا بحضور امري الالوية والتشكيلات القتالية، لبحث استراتيجية امن المحافظة للعام الجاري 2024 في ضوء التحديات وخلاصة الخطط خلال 2023 ".
وأضاف الحسيني، ان "الاجتماع ركز على مضامين مهمة مع إقرار 8 أولويات ضمن استراتيجية امن ديالى لعام 2024، ابرزها ادامة زخم العمليات وتحصين المناطق المحررة وتفعيل اكبر للجهد الاستخباري ونقل المرابطات في العمق مع خلق تنسيق اكبر مع المحافظات المجاورة في تعقب الخلايا النائمة ومموليها".
وأشار الى ان "مستوى الاستقرار الأمني في 13 قاطع تنتشر بها الوية الحشد الشعبي خلال 2023 هو الأفضل منذ سنوات ومستوى الخروقات انخفض بنسبة تصل الى 95% مع النجاح في قتل اكثر من 50 إرهابي من خلال التنسيق مع القوة الجوية وبقية التشكيلات".
وكانت اكثر من 100 شخصية عشائرية في محافظة ديالى في (9 شباط 2024)، 4 ثوابت حول ملف الأسلحة مع انطلاق برنامج حكومي لحصرها بيد الدولة.
وقال مدير اعلام قيادة شرطة محافظة ديالى العقيد هيثم الشمري في حديث لـ"بغداد اليوم"، ان "قيادته عقدت مؤتمرا تحت شعار (مجتمع خالي من الأسلحة) في بعقوبة بحضور اكثر من 100 شخصية من النخب وشيوخ العشائر من مختلف مناطق المحافظة".
وأضاف، ان "الاجتماع ركز على أهمية برنامج وزارة الداخلية في حصر الأسلحة وتسجيلها وفق مقتضيات دعم الامن والاستقرار في ظل فتح اكثر من 80 لجنة في الاقضية والنواحي".
فيما اكد مدير شؤون عشائر ديالى العميد علي محمود الربيعي لـ"بغداد اليوم"، ان "المؤتمر اقر 4 ثوابت مهمة حول ملف الأسلحة، وهي تسجيلها ومنع حيازة الأسلحة المحظورة، في إشارة منه الى المتوسطة والثقيلة، والتأكيد على أهمية حصر السلاح ومنع استخدامه في اي خلافات ونبذ ما يسمى (الدكة العشائرية) نظرا لما تسببه من هلع للعوائل وخسائر بشرية ومادية".
وأشار الى ان "عشائر ديالى اكدت دعم خطوات الداخلية في تسجيل الأسلحة وفق ما اقرته من خلال لجانها المنتشرة في الاقضية والنواحي".
ويأتي هذا التحرك متوازيًا مع توجه وزارة الداخلية لشراء الأسلحة من المواطنين وتسجيل الأسلحة الأخرى حيث تمنح الضوابط احتفاظ كل منزل بسلاح خفيف بندقية او مسدس واحد فقط.
