عاجل/ الممكلة الأولى في الخدمات الحكومية الإلكترونية على مستوى الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا لعام 2023

حققت المملكة العربية السعودية المركز الأول في مؤشر نضج الخدمات الحكومية الإلكترونية
والنقالة لعام (2023م) الصادر من لجنة الأمم المتحدة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لغربي آسيا (الإسكوا)

الدولي يعكس نتائج الجهود التي تبذلها الجهات الحكومية في التحول الرقمي، والدعم الكبير الذي
تحظی به منظومة الحكومة الرقمية من القيادة الرشيدة حفظها الله لتحقيق مستهدفات برامج
رؤية السعودية 2030 لبناء مجتمع رقمي والاستثمار في التقنيات الجديدة لزيادة الإنتاجية، وتحقيق
الكفاءة، وتقديم أفضل تجربة للمستفيدين كافة.
ويُصيّف مؤشر نضج الخدمات الحكومية الإلكترونية والنقالة (الإسكوا) (17) دولة سنوياً بناء على
مدى نضج (84) خدمة من الخدمات الحكومية ذات الأولوية المقدمة للأفراد والأعمال عبر البوابات
الإلكترونية والتطبيقات الذكية، وفق ثلاثة مؤشرات فرعية وقد حققت فيها السعودية تميزاً مبهراً
بحصولها على المركز الأول فيها جميعاً، وبتطور كبير في النتائج على مستوى كل مؤشر؛ فقد حصلت في
مؤشر ( توفر الخدمة وتطورها على نسبة نضج متميزة بلغت (998) مرتفعة عن عام 2022 بنسبة (+1)
وحققت في مؤشر استخدام الخدمة ورضا المستخدم عنها نسبة نضج مرتفعة قدرها (84%) بنسبة زيادة
بلغت (+4.76%) عن عام 2022 فيما سجلت نسبة نضج متميزة في مؤشر الوصول إلى الجمهور) بحصولها
على نسبة (100%) في هذا المؤشر محرزة تقدماً كبيراً عن عام 2022 بنسبة ارتفاع بلغت (+9613.52).
يُذكر أن المملكة حققت مؤخراً المرتبة (الثالثة) عالمياً ضمن (198) دولة حسب بيانات مؤشر نضج
الحكومة الرقمية لعام 2022 والصادر من مجموعة البنك الدولي، بالإضافة إلى تحقيقها أعلى نتيجة
تاريخية لها في مؤشر تطور الحكومة الإلكترونية الصادر عن منظمة الأمم المتحدة منذ إطلاقه قبل
أكثر من 20 عاماً، فيما احتلت مدينة الرياض المرتبة الرابعة عالمياً في استخدام التقنية وتطبيقاتها
على مستوى (193) مدينة حول العالم.
