بعد ابتلاعه دبوسًا.. إنقاذ حياة طفل يبلغ من العمر 10 أشهر في مستشفى المواساة بالدمام

بحمد الله وتوفيقه، نجح الفريق الطبي في مستشفى المواساة بالدمام من إنقاذ حياة طفل رضيع يبلغ من العمر 10 أشهر، كان قد ابتلع دبوسًا.

وعلى الفور تم عرض الطفل على الدكتور إيهاب زريقات استشاري الجهاز الهضمي والمناظير للأطفال بمستشفى المواساة بالدمام الذي قام بعمل كل الفحوصات اللازمة للطفل والتي أظهرت وجود دبوس كبير في المريء وفي وضع يصعب معه سحب الدبوس للخارج.
على الفور اتخذ الدكتور إيهاب زريقات قرار بدفع الدبوس إلى المعدة حيث يمكن تعديل وضع الدبوس لوضع آمن لا يسبب تهتك في أنسجة الجهاز الهضمي للطفل، قام بعدها بسحبه بأمان تام دون حدوث أي مضاعفات.
