وقعت هيئة الأدب والنشر والترجمة ومجموعة الصين الوطنية للاستيراد وتصدير المطبوعات، في العاصمة الصينية بكين، عقد استضافة المملكة ضيف شرف في معرض بكين الدولي للكتاب 2024، بحضور سمو وزير الثقافة، الأمير بدر بن عبدالله بن فرحان، والرئيس التنفيذي لهيئة الأدب والنشر والترجمة الدكتور محمد حسن علوان، والرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة الصين الوطنية للاستيراد وتصدير المطبوعات، السيدة لي هونجوين.
وتأتي هذه الخطوة ضمن سعي البلدين لاستمرار التواصل الثقافي بينهما، وتعزيز التفاهم والتعاون المشترك في مجالات الأدب والثقافة والفنون، مما يعزز الحوار بين الثقافات ويعمق الصداقة والتعاون بين البلدين.
وستقدم المملكة خلال مشاركتها تجربة ثقافية متكاملة تقودها هيئة الأدب والنشر والترجمة، بمشاركة عدد من الهيئات والكيانات ضمن المنظومة الثقافية، لتسليط الضوء على التراث والمخزون المعرفي والتنوع الثقافي للمملكة.

كما ستشهد مشاركة المملكة في المعرض تقديم برنامج ثقافي منوّع، يتضمن مجموعة من الندوات والجلسات الحوارية، وورش العمل والعروض الفنية التي تغطي عدة جوانب في مجالات الثقافة، والفن والأدب والمعرفة، بمشاركة مجموعة من الأدباء ودور النشر المحلية؛ للتعريف بالإبداعات الوطنية، واستحضار الثقافة الوطنية العريقة.
يُذكر أن المملكة حلت ضيف شرف على معرض الكتاب الدولي في العاصمة الهندية نيودلهي من 10 إلى 18 فبراير الماضي، حيث سجّل جناح المملكة حضوراً واسعاً من الجمهور الهندي، إذ حظي بعدد زوار كثيف للتعرف على الثقافة والفنون والتراث السعوديين في تجربة ثقافية متكاملة قادتها هيئة الأدب والنشر والترجمة، ومن المزمع أن تحل المملكة بقيادة الهيئة ضيف شرف على معرض بكين الدولي للكتاب من 19-23 يونيو 2024، ومعرض سيئول الدولي للكتاب في الفترة من 26 – 30 يونيو 2024، ضمن جهودها البارزة في دعم الحراك الثقافي بمختلف مكوناته على المستويين المحلي والدولي.

وقد حصل الدكتور محمد الحداد على الميدالية الفضية عن اختراع "مباعد عقدة اللسان: أداة لعمليات اللسان وقاع الفم واختصار وقت الجراحة"، كما حصلت الدكتورة عهد زيدان والدكتور منير بامذحج على الميدالية الفضية عن اختراع "الكريكوميتر – جهاز لقياس الضغط على الغضروف الحلقي لحظياً"، فيما نالت الدكتورة فاطمة العباد الميدالية البرونزية عن اختراع "الدبوس السحري: أداة لتثبيت وتسريع الالتحام لكسور العظام".
