"دار وإعمار" تختتم مشاركتها في "سيتي سكيب جلوبال" بتوقيعها اتفاقيات تمويلية وسط إقبال واسع على جناحها

اختتمت "دار وإعمار" الشركة الرائدة في قطاع التطوير العقاري بالمملكة، مشاركتها في "معرض سيتي سكيب العالمي"، الذي أقيم في مركز الرياض للمعارض والمؤتمرات (ملهم) خلال الفترة من 11 إلى 14 نوفمبر 2024، محققة نجاحًا كبيرًا وإقبالًا واسعًا على مشاريعها الجديدة "تالا الخزام" و"سرايا الفرسان 2" و"النرجس ريزيدينس".

وعلى هامش المعرض، وقعت "دار وإعمار" عددًا من الاتفاقيات المهمة مع مجموعة من البنوك الرائدة في المملكة، وذلك بهدف تعزيز خدمات التمويل العقاري لمشاريعها السكنية، حيث تم توقيع اتفاقية حصرية مع بنك الجزيرة لعرض طلبات البيع على الخارطة بنسبة ربح 3.30% لمدة 20 سنة، كما جرى توقيع اتفاقيات لتمويل الوحدات السكنية مع كل من: البنك السعودي الفرنسي، وبنك ساب، والبنك العربي، وبنك الرياض، وتوقيع مذكرات تفاهم مع كل من تطبيقي ديل ووصَلت واتفاقية مع In3 لقيادة التحول الرقمي وتوظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي في عمليات الشركة. وتوّجت الشراكات المتبادلة بتكريم من بنك البلاد احتفاءً بتعاون مثمر وانجازات متتالية.

وشهد جناح "دار وإعمار" حضورًا لافتًا من قبل المهتمين بالاستثمار العقاري، حيث بلغ عدد الزوار أكثر من 10,000 زائر خلال أيام المعرض الأربعة، ما يعكس الاهتمام الكبير بمشاريع الشركة.
وقد أبدى الزوار والمستثمرون إعجابهم بتصميمات المشاريع وجودة التنفيذ، مما أسفر عن مناقشات عديدة لصفقات مع عدد من المستثمرين والشركاء المحليين والدوليين.
ويتميز مشروع "تالا الخزام" بتصميم فاخر يلبي احتياجات العائلات العصرية، ويوفر بيئة معيشية شاملة تجمع بين الراحة والفخامة، ويقع في ضاحية خزام شمال الرياض، ويضم 1,299 وحدة سكنية بتصاميم متنوعة تناسب جميع الاحتياجات.
يقدّم المشروع أربعة نماذج سكنية بمساحات مختلفة، كما يوفر مرافق متكاملة ويتميز بموقعه الاستراتيجي بالقرب من المدارس والمراكز التجارية والمستشفيات، مما يجعله خياراً مثالياً للعائلات الباحثة عن حياة مريحة.
بينما يتميز مشروع "سرايا الفرسان 2" بموقعه المميز شمال شرق الرياض وتصميماته المبتكرة، حيث يضم المشروع 718 وحدة سكنية متنوعة بين الفلل والتاون هاوس، بهدف تلبية احتياج العائلات السعودية.
