"أدير إنترناشونال" تتحالف مع "باراجون" لإطلاق مشروع عمراني متكامل في "مستقبل سيتي" باستثمارات تتجاوز 70 مليار جنيه

أعلنت "أدير إنترناشونال" إحدى شركات مجموعة "سمو القابضة" السعودية، عن إطلاق كيان مشترك مع شركة "باراجون للتطوير العقاري" المصرية، لتطوير مشروع عمراني متكامل في مدينة "مستقبل سيتي" بالقاهرة الجديدة، باستثمارات تتجاوز 70 مليار جنيه مصري.

. طريق الأنبياء قلعته تحمى قوافل التجارة والحجاجويُعد هذا المشروع الأكبر من نوعه في "مستقبل سيتي"، حيث يمتد على مساحة تتجاوز 500 ألف متر مربع، ويُنفذ بالتعاون مع شركة "ميدار"، المطور العام للمدينة. ويهدف إلى إنشاء مجتمع حضري ذكي ومستدام يجمع بين الأنشطة الإدارية والتجارية والفندقية، ضمن رؤية مشتركة لتأسيس مجتمعات عمرانية متكاملة تجمع بين الابتكار والاستدامة، وتواكب أحدث توجهات التطوير العمراني في مصر والمنطقة، وتسهم في دفع مسيرة التنمية الشاملة.
وقد شهدت مراسم توقيع الاتفاقية حضور عدد من القيادات البارزة في مجالي الاستثمار والتطوير العمراني، حيث وقّع الاتفاق كلٌّ من المهندس باسل الصيرفي، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة "أدير إنترناشونال"، والمهندس بدير رزق، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة "باراجون للتطوير العقاري"، كما حضر المناسبة الدكتور عايض القحطاني، رئيس مجلس إدارة مجموعة "سمو القابضة"، وسعيد النهدي الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة "سمو القابضة"، ومتعب القحطاني، رئيس مجلس إدارة "أدير العالمية"، والمهندس أيمن القوصي، العضو المنتدب والرئيس التنفيذي لشركة "ميدار"، إلى جانب نخبة من المسؤولين والمختصين من الجانبين.
وفي تعليقه على الاتفاقية، قال المهندس باسل الصيرفي، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة "أدير إنترناشونال"، إن هذه الشراكة تمثل ثمرة التعاون المتواصل بين الشركات السعودية والمصرية، وتشكل خطوة محورية نحو إعادة تعريف أنماط الحياة العصرية في مصر، من خلال تطوير بنية تحتية ذكية ومستدامة، تتيح بيئة حضرية مرنة تتماشى مع أهداف التنمية المستدامة في البلدين.
من جانبه، أكد المهندس بدير رزق، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة "باراجون للتطوير العقاري"، أن هذا التحالف الاستراتيجي يعكس تطورًا لفلسفة "باراجون" في تطوير المشروعات التجديدية التي تدمج بين العمل والمعيشة والثقافة ضمن تجربة حضرية متكاملة، مشيرًا إلى أن المشروع يهدف إلى بناء منظومات عمرانية ذكية ومستدامة قادرة على مواكبة التغيرات المتسارعة في مشهد التطوير العمراني.
أما المهندس أيمن القوصي، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة "ميدار"، فأوضح أن المشروع سيقام على مساحة 60 فدانًا، باستثمارات تبلغ 70 مليار جنيه، ويضم مجموعة متنوعة من الأنشطة التجارية والترفيهية، إلى جانب مساحات بنائية تصل إلى 500 ألف متر مربع، مضيفًا أن المشروع يشكّل جزءًا من خطة "ميدار" لتنويع الاستثمارات وتعزيز التكامل العمراني في المنطقة.
