الشناوي يستقبل رئيس محكمة النقض لتهنئته بتولية رئاسة النيابة الإدارية

استقبل المستشار محمد الشناوي رئيس هيئة النيابة الإدارية، القاضي عاصم الغايش رئيس محكمة النقض ورئيس مجلس القضاء الأعلى، اليوم الأربعاء الموافق ١٣ أغسطس ٢٠٢٥، في زيارة جاءت لتقديم التهنئة له بمناسبة توليه مهام منصبه الرفيع رئيسًا لهيئة النيابة الإدارية.
وقد صاحبه خلال الزيارة وفدًا رفيع المستوى ضم كلًا من: القاضي عبد الآخر الملقب فواز رئيس محكمة استئناف القاهرة وعضو مجلس القضاء الأعلى، والقاضي محمد عبد العال النائب الأول لرئيس محكمة النقض وعضو مجلس القضاء الأعلى، والقاضي عابد راشد النائب الثاني لرئيس محكمة النقض وعضو مجلس القضاء الأعلى، والقاضي معتز مبروك - نائب رئيس محكمة النقض ومدير نيابة النقض، والقاضي محمد هلالي - نائب رئيس محكمة النقض ورئيس المكتب الفني لمحكمة النقض، والقاضي محمد عبد اللطيف نائب رئيس محكمة النقض ورئيس إدارة العلاقات الدولية، والقاضي خالد فاروق نائب رئيس محكمة النقض ورئيس إدارة العلاقات والإعلام، والقاضي أحمد رفعت نائب رئيس محكمة النقض والأمين العام لمجلس القضاء الأعلى، والقاضي حسام الجيزاوي نائب رئيس محكمة النقض والأمين العام المساعد لمجلس القضاء الأعلى.
جاء ذلك في حضور كل من المستشار الدكتور محمد أبو ضيف الأمين العام للمجلس الأعلى للنيابة الإدارية، والمستشار زكي شلقامي مدير إدارة التفتيش القضائي، والمستشار منتصر عبد العال مدير إدارة النيابات، والمستشار أحمد عبد البديع مدير مكتب رئيس الهيئة، والمستشار محمد صلاح مهنا مدير وحدة العلاقات العامة والمراسم.
وخلال اللقاء، رحَّب المستشار محمد الشناوي، بالقاضي عاصم الغايش، ووفد قضاة مصر الأجلاء، مؤكدًا على الدور المحوري الذي تضطلع به محكمة النقض بوصفها قمة الهرم القضائي المصري في إرساء المبادئ القانونية وتوحيد تفسيرها، وضمان سلامة تطبيق أحكام القانون، مشددًا على أهمية تعزيز أواصر التعاون بين روافد منظومة العدالة المصرية من الجهات والهيئات القضائية؛ بما يكفل تظافر الجهود وصولًا لتحقيق العدالة الناجزة.
ومن جانبه أكد القاضي عاصم الغايش، على الدور المحوري الذي تضطلع به النيابة الإدارية في مكافحة الفساد المالي والإداري، وصون المال العام، باعتبارها إحدى ركائز منظومة العدالة التي تساهم في ترسيخ مبادئ النزاهة والشفافية وتعزيز الثقة في مؤسسات الدولة.

كما استعرض الدكتور العويسي مشروع “معاذ”، وقدّم لسموه نبذة عن شهادة الامتثال لمشروع معاذ التي حصلت عليها إمارة المنطقة الشرقية، موضحاً أن المشروع يُعد إحدى المبادرات النوعية الهادفة إلى رفع مستوى كفاءة الأداء الإسعافي وتعزيز جاهزية الجهات المشاركة في التعامل مع البلاغات الطارئة.
