القضاء الإداري يقضي باستبعاد حسام المندوه الحسيني من انتخابات الزمالك

قضت محكمة القضاء الإداري بمجلس الدولة، باستبعاد حسام المندوه الحسيني من انتخابات الزمالك، ورفض الدعوى المقامة من فاروق جعفر محمد، عضو عامل بنادي الزمالك، والتي يطالب فيها باستبعاد حسين لبيب عمر من الكشوف النهائية للمرشحين المقبولين على منصب رئيس مجلس إدارة نادي الزمالك للألعاب الرياضية في الانتخابات.
ونظرت محكمة القضاء الإداري بمجلس الدولة الدعاوى المقامة من ماجد فاروق عبدالجواد الحنبلي، محامٍ ومرشح على منصب رئيس نادي الزمالك، والتي طالب فيها باستبعاد حسين أحمد لبيب مرشح على منصب رئيس مجلس إدارة نادي الزمالك؛ لعدم حصوله على العضوية العاملة لنادي الزمالك، وفاروق فؤاد جعفر لسابق الحكم عليه بالسجن لمدة 3 سنوات في القضية رقم 170 لسنة 2014 جنايات الجيزة.
النشاط الرياضيويتولى إدارة نادي الزمالك حاليًا لجنة مكلفة مكونة من الدكتور عماد البناني المدير التنفيذي للنادي، ومعه أحمد فؤاد الوطن مديرًا ماليًا وأيمن شعراوي مدير النشاط الرياضي بناء على تكليف من الجهة الإدارية.
وانتهت مهلة الترشح على انتخابات نادي الزمالك لاختيار مجلس منتخب يتولى مهمة إدارة النادي، خلال 4 سنوات مقبلة.
