إجراءات بناء الثقة بين القوات المسلحة السودانية والدعم السريع

تعلن المملكة العربية السعودية والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والهيئة الحكومية للتنمية (الإيجاد ) بصفتها ممثلاً مشتركاً للاتحاد الأفريقي والإيجاد، وكونهم الميسرين لمحادثات (جدة2)، عن التزام القوات المسلحة السودانية وقوات الدعم السريع باتخاذ خطوات لتسهيل زيادة المساعدات الانسانية وتنفيذ اجراءات بناء الثقة.

يتركز العمل في محادثات جدة على مواضيع محددة لتسهيل إيصال المساعدات الإنسانية وتحقيق وقف إطلاق النار وغيره من اجراءات بناء الثقة تمهيداً للتوصل إلى وقف دائم للعدائيات وعلى ضوء إعلان جدة لحماية المدنيين في السودان (11) مايو 2023)، تلتزم كلاً من القوات المسلحة السودانية وقوات
الدعم السريع بالإلتزامات التالية:
(1) الإنخراط في آلية إنسانية مشتركة بقيادة مكتب تنسيق
الشؤون الانسانية للأمم المتحدة لمعالجة معوقات إيصال
المساعدات الإغاثية.
(2) تحديد جهات اتصال لتسهيل مرور وعبور العاملين في
المجال الإنساني و المساعدات.
(3) تنفيذ اجراءات بناء الثقة فيما يخص . انشاء آلية تواصل بين قادة القوات المسلحة السودانية وقوات الدعم السريع. . احتجاز الهاربين من السجون تحسين المحتوى الإعلامي لكلا الطرفين، وتخفيف حدة
اللغة الإعلامية. اتخاذ اجراءات حيال الأطراف المثيرة للتصعيد والمأججة
للصراع.
على أن يتم تنفيذ هذه الاجراءات بالتوازي. وأكد الطرفان (القوات المسلحة السودانية وقوات الدعم
السريع التزامهما الفردي تجاه تيسير مرور المساعدات
الإنسانية لكلا الطرفين.
تمثل هذه الالتزامات خطوةً مهمة لتسهيل إيصال المساعدات
الإنسانية مما يسهم في تخفيف معاناة الشعب السوداني، وفي هذا الإطار، يعود الأمر الآن لكلا من القوات المسلحة السودانية وقوات الدعم السريع في الإلتزام التام بمسؤوليتهما لتنفيذ ما تم الاتفاق عليه.
يأسف الميسرون لعدم تمكن الطرفين من الاتفاق على اتفاقات لتنفيذ وقف إطلاق النار خلال هذه الجولة الأولى، حيث لا يوجد أي حل عسكري مقبول لهذا الصراع، وبحث الميسرين كلا من القوات المسلحة السودانية وقوات الدعم السريع لتقديم مصلحة الشعب السوداني أولاً، وإلقاء السلاح، والإنخراط في المفاوضات لانهاء هذا الصراع.
