تعاون مشترك بين مصر واليابان في مجال التعليم

استقبلت السفارة المصرية في طوكيو مؤخراً الدفعة الأولي من طلاب المدارس المصرية واليابانية المشاركة في برنامج محافظة طوكيو للتبادل الطلابي عن مراحل التعليم الثانوي خلال شهري نوفمبر وديسمبر ٢٠٢٣، حيث قام السفير/ محمد أبو بكر، سفير جمهورية مصر العربية في طوكيو، باستعراض نبذة تعريفية عن مستجدات العلاقات المصرية اليابانية على الصعيد التعليمي أبرز خلالها نماذج التعاون الناجحة وفي مقدمتها المدارس المصرية اليابانية EJS والجامعة المصرية اليابانية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا E-JUST التي باتت تتصدر ترتيب الجامعات المصرية في الوقت الحالي.
ويهدف برنامج التبادل الطلابي المذكور إلى تعريف الطلاب المشاركين بالثقافتين المصرية واليابانية ونظم التعليم الثانوي والفني المعتمد في كلا البلدين إضافة إلى استطلاع منابر التعليم الجامعي الرئيسية بمصر واليابان، وذلك من خلال تنظيم زيارات تعليمية لعاصمتي البلدين إلى جانب المدن الرئيسية الأخرى لتفقد بعض المدارس الثانوية ولفيف من أبرز المعالم التاريخية والثقافية.
هذا وقد شمل برنامج زيارة الطلاب المصريين جولات في أربع مدارس ثانوية يابانية وغيرها من المعالم التاريخية الهامة في العاصمة طوكيو، كما أنه من المقرر أن يقوم الطلاب اليابانيون خلال الأسبوع الجاري بزيارة مدارس WE للعلوم والتكنولوجيا وجامعتي القاهرة وEJUST ، فضلاً عن زيارات لمكتبة الاسكندرية ومنطقة الأهرامات بالجيزة.
تجدر الإشارة إلى أن برنامج التبادل الطلابي تم التشاور بشأنه مع محافظة طوكيو آواخر العام الماضي، حيث قامت السيدة "يوريكو كويكي" محافظ طوكيو بطرح المقترح على السيد الدكتور وزير التربية والتعليم على هامش مشاركتهما في الدورة ٢٧ لمؤتمر المناخ Cop27 بمدينة شرم الشيخ العام الماضي، وهو ما تمخض عنه لاحقاً ابرام أول بروتكول للتعاون في مجال التبادل الطلابي بين وزارة التربية والتعليم ومحافظة طوكيو فى مطلع العام الجاري.

وتهدف الاتفاقية إلى توطيد العلاقة بين الطرفين في إطار المسؤولية الاجتماعية المشتركة، وتفعيل برامج توعوية وتثقيفية ورياضية تسهم في تنمية المجتمع، من خلال أنشطة تقام في المرافق العامة والمنشآت الرياضية، تشمل مجالات تعاون عدة، أبرزها، البرامج الرياضية المشتركة، والتوعية البيئية والمسؤولية الاجتماعية، والاستفادة من المنشآت الرياضية.
ويعكس هذا التعاون التوجه الوطني نحو تفعيل الشراكات المجتمعية وتحقيق التكامل بين الجهات الحكومية والأندية الرياضية، بما يخدم أهداف رؤية السعودية 2030 في بناء مجتمع حيوي وواعٍ.
