"نايف الراجحي الاستثمارية" و"مسكان" تطلقان شركة "ارال" لتطوير مشاريع عقارية عملاقة مستدامة تحقق بيئة معيشية متكاملة

أعلنت مجموعة "نايف الراجحي الاستثمارية"، المجموعة الرائدة في الاستثمار والتطوير العقاري، عن إبرام عقد شراكة إستراتيجية مع شركة "مسكان"، إحدى شركات "الفنار" والرائدة في التطوير العقاري في المملكة العربية السعودية، لتأسيس شركة "ارال" بهدف تنفيذ فكرا جديدا للمشاريع الكبرى المتكاملة.
حيث قام بتوقيع عقد الشراكة كلاً من نايف بن صالح الراجحي، المؤسس والرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة نايف الراجحي الاستثمارية، وطلال بن هشام المطلق، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة "مسكان"، وذلك في برج فيرمونت رملة للشقق الفندقية، إحدى مشاريع نايف الراجحي الاستثمارية، بالعاصمة الرياض.

من جانبه، أكد الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة مسكان، طلال هشام المطلق، على أن هذه الشراكة سينتج عنها تنفيذ مشاريع ضخمة تلبي احتياجات السوق المتنامية، كما تُمثل خطوة تأسيس شركة جديدة نقطة تحول مهمة نحو تحقيق أهدافنا المشتركة في الابتكار والتوسع في قطاع التطوير العقاري، وأضاف بقوله: "نحن واثقون من أن هذه الشراكة ستساهم في تحقيق مشاريع نوعية تواكب تطلعات المملكة ضمن رؤية 2030".
تعتزم شركة "ارال" تطوير مشاريع نوعية كبرى مثل مشاريع التطوير الشامل من بنية تحتية وفوقية لمدن سكنية على مساحات كبيرة، وتعزيز التنمية العمرانية ودفع عجلة التحول الحضري في المملكة من خلال تطوير مجتمعات سكنية حيوية متكاملة ذات اكتفاء ذاتي، ومنتجعات سياحية ترفيهية، ومشاريع تجارية ومتعددة الاستخدامات، ومدن لوجستية تتماشى مع مستهدفات رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية.
