رئيس مجلس النواب يحيل 19 تقريرا عن اتفاقيات دولية إلى اللجان المختصة

أحال المستشار الدكتور حنفي جبالي رئيس مجلس النواب، اليوم الاثنين، 19 تقريرا للجنة الشئون الدستورية والتشريعية، عن اتفاقيات دولية إلى اللجان النوعية المختلفة كل فيما يخصه.
وقال جبالي، إن تلك الاتفاقيات تم دراستها ومناقشتها بلجنة الشئون الدستورية والتشريعية وليس فيها ما يخالف للدستور وطبقا للائحة يتم الإحالة دون مناقشة وجاءت تلك الاتفاقيات، على النحو التالي:
1) طريقة إقرار الموافقة على اتفاقية مع بنك الاستثمار الأوروبي للمساهمة في تمويل مشروع "الصناعة الخضراء المستدامة" والموقعة في 31-12-2023، والصادر بها قرار رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية رقم 164 لسنة 2024.
2) طريقة إقرار الموافقة على اتفاقية "تعديل بعض أحكام اتفاقية إنشاء وتشغيل المنطقة الصناعية الروسية في المنطقة الاقتصادية لقناة السويس"، والصادر بها قرار رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية رقم 184 لسنة 2024.
3) طريقة إقرار الموافقة على اتفاق بين حكومة جمــــهورية مصر العربية والبنك الإسلامي للتنمية لإنشاء الخط الأول من شبكة القطار الكهربائي السريع (العين السخنة / العلمين /مرسي مطروح)، والموقع بتاريخ 4-2/-2024، والصادر به قرار رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية رقم 219 لسنة 2024.
4) طريقة إقرارالموافقة على اتفاق بين حكومة جمهورية مصر العربية والوكالة الفرنسية للتنمية، ومنحة من الوكالة الفرنسية للتنمية، ومنحة من الاتحاد الأوروبي، لمشروع محطة معالجة الصرف الصحي بالجبل الأصفر (المرحلة الثالثة)"، والموقع بتاريخ 25 مارس 2024، والصادر بهقرار رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية رقم 220 لسنة 2024.
5) طريقة إقرارالموافقة على زيادة حصة جمهورية مصر العربية في صندوق النقد الدولي، والصادر بهاقرار رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية رقم 247 لسنة 2024.
6) طريقة إقرار الموافقة على التعديل الأول لاتفاقية "منحة المساعدة بين حكومة جمهورية مصر العربية وحكومة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية بشأن مبادرة تغير المناخ "، والصادر به قرار رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية رقم 248 لسنة 2024.
7) طريقة إقرار الموافقة على خطاب تعديل اتفاقية " توسيع وتطوير محطة معالجة الصرف الصحي الغربية بالإسكندرية " الممول من قِبل بنك الاستثمار الأوروبي، ومنحة من الاتحاد الأوروبي والتي يديرها بنك الاستثمار الأوروبي، والصادر به قرار رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية رقم 249 لسنة 2024.
8) طريقة إقرار الموافقة على التعديل الرابع لاتفاقية "منحة المساعدة للحوكمة الاقتصادية الشاملة " بين حكومة جمهورية مصر العربية وحكومة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، والصادر به قراررئيس جمهورية مصر العربية رقم 250 لسنة 2024.
9) طريقة إقرار الموافقة على "التعديل الثامن لاتفاقية المساعدة بين حكومة جمهورية مصر العربية والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية بشأن مبادرة التعليم العالي المصرية الأمريكية "، والصادر به قرار رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية رقم 319 لسنة 2024.
10) طريقة إقرارالموافقة على اتفاقية "إزالة الازدواج الضريبي بالنسبة للضرائب على الدخل ومنع التهرب من الضرائب وتجنبها" بين حكومة جمهورية مصر العربية وحكومة سلطنة عُمان، والصادر بها قرارقرار رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية رقم 320 لسنة 2024.
11) طريقة إقرارالموافقة على "التعديل الثاني لاتفاق منحة المساعدة الفنية لمشروع الخط الأول لمترو الأنفاق بالقاهرة مع البنك الأوروبي لإعادة الإعمار والتنمية، والصادر به قرار رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية رقم 347 لسنة 2024.
12) طريقة إقرارالموافقة على "الاتفاق التمويلي الخاص ببرنامج دعم الاتحاد الأوروبي لتوظيف الشباب والمهارات الممول من الاتحاد الأوروبي، والصادر به قرار رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية رقم 361 لسنة 2024.
13) طريقة إقرار الموافقة على "الخطابات المتبادلة بين حكومة جمهورية مصر العربية، ومجلس الاتحاد الأوروبي لتنفيذ قرار مجلس المشاركة المصري الأوروبي المعدل لاتفاق المشاركة الأورو متوسطية المنشئ للشراكة بين الجماعات الأوروبية ودولها الأعضاء من جانب، وجمهورية مصر العربية من جانب آخر، باستبدال البروتوكول 4 فيما يرتبط بتعريف مفهوم " منشأ المنتجات "، و"طرق التعاون الإداري"، والصادر به قرار رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية رقم 370 لسنة 2024.
14) طريقة إقرارالموافقة على "اتفاق المنحة المقدمة من بنك التنمية الإفريقي للمساهمة في إعداد المرحلة الثانية من دراسات الجدوى الخاصة بمشروع الممر الملاحي بين بحيرة فيكتوريا والبحر المتوسط ((VICMED، والصادر به قرار رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية رقم 371 لسنة 2024.
15) طريقة إقرار الموافقة على "اكتتاب جمهورية مصر العربية بعدد 19917 سهمًا في بنك التنمية الإفريقي بقيمة 17، 04 مليون دولار"، والصادر به قرار رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية رقم 374 لسنة 2024.
16) طريقة إقرار الموافقة على اتفاق مع بنك التنمية الإفريقي للمساهمة في تمويل المرحلة الأولي من برنامج دعم تنمية القطاع الخاص والتنوع الاقتصادي في إطار دعم الموازنة العامة للدولة، والصادر بهقرار رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية رقم 383 لسنة 2024.
17) طريقة إقرار الموافقة على الاتفاق التمويلي لبرنامج "دعم الأتحاد الأوروبي لمساندة الأجيال القادمة" الممول من الاتحاد الأوروبي، والصادر بهقرار رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية رقم 398 لسنة 2024.
18) طريقة إقرار الموافقة على الاتفاق التمويلي الخاص بمشروع "المعايير الخاصة بتعزيز عمليات تصنيع اللقاحات والأدوية وتطبيق التقنيات الصحية" بين حكومة جمهورية مصر العربية والاتحاد الأوروبي، والصادر بهقرار رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية رقم 399 لسنة 2024.
19) طريقة إقرار الموافقة على مذكرة التفاهم الخاصة بآلية مساندة الاقتصاد الكلي ودعم الموازنة بين حكومة جمهورية مصر العربية والاتحاد الأوروبي، والصادر بهاقرار رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية رقم 400 لسنة 2024.
