واطلع سموه خلال اللقاء على ما يقدمه المركز الذي تم تدشينه بالمنطقة مؤخرًا ، من خدمات الالتزام البيئي وحماية الأوساط البيئية ، كما استمع إلى شرح من المهندس الغامدي ، عن الخدمات التي يقدمها المركز من إصدار التراخيص والتصاريح للجهات الحكومية والخاصة التي لها أثر على البيئة ، إلى جانب استعراض المبادرات والتقنيات المبتكرة للحفاظ على بيئة صحية مستدامة.
وأكد أمير منطقة الباحة أهمية تكامل العمل مع الجهات ذات العلاقة للنهوض بالقطاع البيئي وتحقيق الحماية للبيئة واستدامتها بما يخدم المنطقة ، ويحد من التلوث والهدر البيئي على مختلف الأصعدة .
