كرَّم صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز أمير المنطقة الشرقية، بمكتبه اليوم، لاعبي المنتخب السعودي لألعاب القوى، نظير حصولهم على 14 ميدالية (7 ذهبية، 4 فضية، 3 برونزية ) في بطولة العالم لألعاب القوى للأساتذة (الماسترز)، التي أقيمت في دولة السويد، وذلك بحضور رئيس اللجنة السعودية لرياضة الأساتذة، سالم مساعد الأحمدي، ونائب الرئيس الدكتور محمد بحيري، وعددٍ من أعضاء اللجنة.
