أعربت وزارة الخارجية عن بالغ أسف المملكة العربية السعودية لحادثة إطلاق النار التي وقعت في مدينة سيتينيي بالجبل الأسود، وما نتج عنها من وفاة وإصابة عدد من الأشخاص.
وعبّرت المملكة عن تعاطفها وصادق تعازيها لأسر المتوفين ولشعب وحكومة الجبل الأسود، مع تمنياتها للمصابين بالشفاء العاجل.

ونظرًا لخطورة الحالة واحتمال تطورها إلى انثقاب في الأمعاء أو التهاب الغشاء البريتوني، تم تجهيز الطفل لإجراء عملية جراحية عاجلة. وخلال العملية، تبيّن وجود أربعة مواضع مختلفة من الانسداد في الأمعاء الدقيقة، مما تطلّب استئصال الأجزاء المصابة وإعادة توصيلها بدقة بهدف الحفاظ على أطول مسافة ممكنة من الأمعاء، وتجنّب متلازمة "الأمعاء القصيرة" التي تُعد من أكثر المضاعفات تعقيدًا وصعوبة في العلاج.
وعقب العملية، بقيت حالة المريض مستقرة في العناية المركزة، لكن استمرت صعوبة إدخال التغذية المعوية بسبب التمدد الكبير في الجزء الأول من الأمعاء الناتج عن الانسداد. وبعد 20 يومًا من الجراحة الأولى، قرر الفريق الطبي إجراء عملية جراحية ثانية، تم خلالها استئصال وإعادة تشكيل جزء من الأمعاء وفك التصاقات معوية شديدة، ما ساهم في تحسين حالة المريض بشكل ملحوظ.
وبعد متابعة دقيقة وخطة علاجية مكثفة، تمكن الرضيع من بدء التغذية المعوية تدريجيًا والتبرز بانتظام بدءًا من اليوم السابع بعد التدخل الجراحي الثاني.
وبفضل من الله وتوفيقه غادر الطفل المستشفى بعد شهر وخمسة أيام من التنويم في وحدة الإنعاش، دون أي مضاعفات على الجهاز العصبي أو التنفسي، وكان وزنه آنذاك 300 جرام.
ويُعد الانسداد الخلقي المتعدد للأمعاء من الحالات النادرة التي غالبًا ما ترتبط بمعدلات شفاء منخفضة عالميًا، وتتطلب رعاية متخصصة من فريق طبي متعدد التخصصات عالي الكفاءة من لحظة التشخيص وحتى ما بعد العلاج.
