"أدير العقارية" تحقق مبيعات تجاوزت نصف مليار ريال في مزاد مخطط "المشرق" بالخبر خلال خمسين دقيقة

حققت شركة "أدير العقارية" نجاحًا لافتًا في مزادها العلني الذي نظمته لبيع أراضي مخطط "المشرق" في الخُبر، والذي أقيم يوم الأربعاء الموافق 12 مارس 2025م، في قاعة فندق جراند حياة بمدينة الخبر، حيث تم بيع جميع قطع الأراضي المطروحة والبالغ عددها 117 قطعة خلال خمسين دقيقة، بمساحة تصل إلى 247 ألف متر مربع، بقيمة إجمالية 618,537,540.
