500 مليون ريال الزيادة المتوقعة على إيرادات دله الصحية في العام الأول بعد استكمال الاستحواذ على مستشفيات السلام والأحساء بالمنطقة الشرقية

أعلنت شركة دلّه للخدمات الصحية ("دله الصحية" أو "دله" أو "الشركة") المدرجة في السوق الرئيسية لتداول السعودية (تحت الرمز: 4004، ورقم التعريف الدولي: SA135G51UI10)، إحدى الشركات الرائدة والمتخصصة في تقديم خدمات الرعاية الصحية في المملكة العربية السعودية، اليوم عن إتمام عملية الاستحواذ على أسهم "شركة أيان للاستثمار" في مستشفيات الأحساء والسلام بالمنطقة الشرقية.

وبموجب الصفقة، استحوذت دله الصحية على حصة 97.41% من أسهم شركة الأحساء للخدمات الطبية (مستشفى الأحساء) البالغة قيمتها بموجب التقييم 409 مليون ريال سعودي، وحصة 100% من أسهم شركة السلام للخدمات الطبية (مستشفى السلام) والبالغة قيمتها بموجب التقييم 251 مليون ريال سعودي، مقابل إصدار دلّه الصحية 3،893,603 أسهم جديدة لصالح شركة أيان للاستثمار تمثل ما نسبته 3.83% من رأس مال شركة دله الصحية .
أسهمت الصفقة بحمدالله في رفع الطاقة الاستيعابية للمجموعة بداية من منتصف شهر مارس 2025م بنسبة 37% مع إضافة 424 سريراً (274 في مستشفى الأحساء و150 في مستشفى السلام)، لتقفز إلى زيادة بنسبة 65% عند التشغيل الكامل لمستشفى السلام بطاقة 475 سريراً، وبذلك تصبح الطاقة الاستيعابية للمجموعة 1903 سريراً، بينما تبلغ 2560 سريراً مع إضافة الشركات الزميلة*. هذا يعكس فرص النمو الكبيرة والآفاق الرحبة أمام المجموعة لتعزيز انتشارها وحصتها السوقية.
كما يتوقع أن تسهم الصفقة في رفع إيرادات المجموعة بحوالي 500 مليون ريال سعودي خلال عام 2025م ثم تزيد بنسب نمو مرتفعة في السنوات التي تليها مع النمو في نسب تشغيل المستشفيين وبخاصة مستشفى السلام، حيث سيسهم دخول شركة دله الصحية بما لها من خبرات عريقة في مجال الرعاية الصحية في رفع نوعي لكفاءة الخدمات الطبية المقدمة في المستشفيين وبالتالي في زيادة حجم الإيرادات.
