في إطار جهودها المستمرة لتطوير مشاريع سكنية ترتكز على أعلى معايير الجودة، أعلنت شركة "دار وإعمار" عن مشروعها الجديد "سرايا الشرق"، بالشراكة مع NHC، باستثمار حجمه 750 مليون ريال والذي يُعد أحد المحاور الرئيسة في استراتيجية الشركة لتوفير بيئة سكنية تلبي تطلعات الأسر السعودية وتواكب النمو الحضري في المملكة.

وأشار بركات إلى أن من أبرز مميزات المشروع هو الكفاءة العالية في استغلال المساحات، حيث تم تصميم 616 وحدة سكنية ضمن أربعة نماذج معمارية متنوعة تتيح أعلى درجات الخصوصية والراحة، وقال:"كل متر مربع في المشروع يحمل قيمة حقيقية. لقد صممنا الفلل لتناسب احتياجات الأسرة السعودية العصرية، مع الحفاظ على التوازن بين الجمال المعماري والعملية الوظيفية."
وأضاف: "كما تم استخدام مواد من علامات موثوقة، وأرضيات عالية الجودة، ونوافذ زجاجية عازلة للحرارة، وأبواب بإرتفاع الاسقف، إضافة إلى أسقف جبسية ومعدات صحية متينة، كما ويتمتع المشروع بعزل حراري ممتاز لضمان كفاءة الطاقة وتوفير وحدات سكنية تدعم مستهدفات الاستدامة ضمن رؤية المملكة 2030."
كما أوضح أن الاستدامة ليست مجرد عنصر تصميمي في "سرايا الشرق"، بل هي جزء أساسي من فلسفة التطوير في دار وإعمار، وأضاف:"عملنا على توفير بيئة سكنية متكاملة تتضمن مساحات خضراء، ممشى، حدائق، ومرافق متعددة تشجع على نمط حياة صحي ومتوازن. نحن لا نبيع وحدات سكنية فقط، بل نخلق أسلوب حياة ينعكس إيجابًا على رفاهية الأسر وجودة معيشتهم."
وعن الأسعار، أشار إلى أنها تبدأ من 797 ألف ريال، مما يجعل المشروع متاحًا لشريحة واسعة من المواطنين الباحثين عن سكن متوازن من حيث الجودة والتكلفة، مؤكداً أن المشروع صُمم ليكون في متناول الأسرة السعودية دون التنازل عن أي من عناصر الراحة أو الجودة.
وفي ختام حديثه، شدد المهندس أسامة بركات على أن:"نحن في دار وإعمار لا نُطوّر مشاريع فقط، بل نعمّر مستقبلًا.
