جراحة معقدة في "مستشفيات المانع" بالخُبر تُنقذ يد طفل من عجز دائم

في إنجاز طبي مُتميز، نجح الفريق الطبي الجراحي "بمستشفيات المانع في الخبر" في إنقاذ يد طفل يبلغ من العمر خمس سنوات، بعد تعرضه لإصابة بالغة في الطرف العلوي الأيسر أعلى الرسغ، نتيجة سقوطه على حوض زجاجي أدى إلى تهتك وقطع في الأوتار، والشرايين، والأعصاب، بالإضافة إلى إصابة المعصم بشكل بالغ.

تُعد هذه الجراحة من الجراحات شديدة التعقيد والدقة، حيث يتراوح قطر الأعصاب والشرايين في هذا العمر بين 2 إلى 4 ملم، ما يجعل العملية من التحديات الكبرى التي تتطلب مهارة وخبرة فائقة، إضافة إلى سرعة التجاوب وتكامل التخصصات.

وقد تكللت العملية، ولله الحمد، بالنجاح التام، حيث أظهرت المتابعة السريرية تحسنًا تدريجيًا في حالة الطفل، وتم خروجه من المستشفى بحالة مستقرة، مع استكمال برنامج المتابعة والعلاج التأهيلي بالعيادة الخارجية.
