أمير المنطقة الشرقية يستقبل رئيس وأعضاء جمعية الرحمة الطبية

استقبل صاحب السمو الملكي الامير سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز أمير المنطقة الشرقية، في مكتب سموه بديوان الإمارة اليوم الأربعاء، رئيس مجلس إدارة جمعية الرحمة الطبية الدكتور شاهر بن ظافر الشهري، يرافقه أعضاء مجلس الإدارة.
وقدم الشهري لسمو أمير المنطقة الشرقية عرضاً عن مسيرة الجمعية الممتدة على مدى عشرين عاماً في تقديم الخدمات الصحية للفئات المحتاجة، وما حققته من إنجازات في مجال تعزيز الرعاية الصحية المجتمعية، بالإضافة إلى أبرز البرامج والمشروعات التي تنفذها الجمعية، وفي مقدمتها برنامج الرعاية الطبية الهادف إلى تيسير الخدمات الصحية للمستفيدين، إضافة إلى برامج التثقيف الصحي التي تجاوز عدد من استفاد منها نصف مليون مستفيد منذ تأسيس الجمعية، إلى جانب المبادرات النوعية، ومن أبرزها مركز قيطان الذي يُعنى بـتوظيف وتمكين الكوادر النسائية من ذوات الإعاقة السمعية في إطار دعم الجمعية لهذه الفئة الغالية.
