ولي عهد الشارقة يترأس اجتماع المجلس التنفيذي

ترأس سمو الشيخ سلطان بن محمد بن سلطان القاسمي ولي عهد ونائب حاكم الشارقة رئيس المجلس التنفيذي، بحضور سمو الشيخ عبدالله بن سالم بن سلطان القاسمي نائب حاكم الشارقة نائب رئيس المجلس التنفيذي، وسمو الشيخ سلطان بن أحمد بن سلطان القاسمي نائب حاكم الشارقة نائب رئيس المجلس التنفيذي، صباح أمس اجتماع المجلس التنفيذي لإمارة الشارقة الذي عقد في مكتب سمو الحاكم.
وناقش المجلس خلال اجتماعه موضوعات حكومية عديدة تتعلق بسير العمل الحكومي وخطط رفد الإمارة بالمزيد من الخدمات الرائدة والمشروعات التنموية الجديدة.
وأصدر المجلس قراراً يمنح بموجبه خصما بنسبة 50 % من القيمة الإجمالية للغرامات المالية المترتبة على المخالفات البلدية المرتكبة والتي تم تحريرها قبل صدور القرار، على أن يسري الخصم لمدة 90 يوماً.
كما أصدر المجلس قراراً بشأن منح المساعدات لملاك المساكن المتضررة من الكوارث الطبيعية في إمارة الشارقة، وتختص بموجبه دائرة الخدمات الاجتماعية بمنح المساعدة للمتضررين الذين وقع ضرر على مساكنهم نتيجة للكوارث الطبيعية.
وتضمن القرار اشتراطات طلب المساعدة، وتقييم آثار الضرر الذي تتولاه هيئة الشارقة للدفاع المدني، والمساعدة المستحقة عن الأضرار والتي تحددها دائرة الخدمات الاجتماعية وفقاً لجداول تحديد قيمة المساعدة المرفقة بالقرار، بالإضافة إلى عدد من البنود القانونية.
كما أصدر المجلس قراراً يقضي بإلحاق مركز رعاية الكلاب في إمارة الشارقة التابع لهيئة البيئة والمحميات الطبيعية بمجلس الشارقة الرياضي.وام
