حصول مستشفى سيد جلال بجامعة الأزهر على شهادة الجودة والاعتماد الدولي "الأيزو"

حصل مستشفى باب الشعرية الجامعي مستشفى (سيد جلال الجامعي) التابع لجامع الأزه برئاسة الدكتور عبده مبروك الشافعي، مدير عام المستشفى، على شهادة الجودة والاعتماد الدولي الأيزو "ISO 9001:2015"، بدعم من شركة LSQA المانحة لشهادات الجودة.
وأوضح الدكتور حسين أبو الغيط، عميد كلية الطب بنين بالقاهرة، أن اعتماد سيد جلال الجامعي يعد تتويجًا لمسيرة العطاء الطبي لمستشفى سيد جلال الجامعي في تقديم الخدمات الطبية على أعلى مستوى وبالمجان للمرضى والفئات الأكثر احتياجًا من مختلف محافظات الجمهورية.
وأكد الدكتور حسين أبو الغيط أن هذا الإنجاز يضاف إلى رصيد كلية طب بنين الأزهر بالقاهرة؛ حيث كانت الكلية في طليعة الكليات التي حصلت على شهادة الاعتماد عام 2017م، كما كانت سباقة أيضًا في حصولها على شهادة تجديد الاعتماد من الهيئة القومية لضمان جودة التعليم والاعتماد في عام 2022م.
ووجه عميد الكلية الشكر والتقدير إلى الدكتور عبده مبروك الشافعي، مدير عام مستشفى سيد جلال الجامعي نواب مدير عام المستشفى؛ لجهودهم المخلصة وعملهم الدؤوب الذي كان سببًا رئيسًا في حصول المستشفى على شهادة الاعتماد الدولي "الأيزو".
جدير بالذكر أن مستشفى سيد جلال الجامعي تقع في حي باب الشعرية في مصر القديمة ويبلغ عدد الأَسِرَّة الموجودة في المستشفى1505سراير، وبها عدد 132 سريرَ رعاية مركزة، ويبلغ عدد المستفيدين من الخدمات الصحية اليومية بالمستشفى من 6 إلى 7 آلاف مستفيدٍ يوميًّا، وتقوم المستشفى بإجراء 45 ألف عملية جراحية بين (كبرى وصغرى) سنويًّا، وجميع هذه الخدمات الصحية تجرى مجانًا.

"الأرصاد" يحذر من طقس الشرقيةالشرقية.. ضبط 5 مقيمين لترويجهم 32 كيلو من "الشبو" المخدروأوضح د. أحمد أن المراجع وصل إلى المستشفى وهو يعاني من حزمة أعراض حادة، أبرزها تورم وآلام شديدة في الساق اليسرى، بالإضافة إلى تغير لون جلد الطرف السفلي الأيسر. وقد أثارت هذه الأعراض الشكوك حول وجود جلطات وريدية عميقة، الأمر الذي دفع الفريق الطبي إلى إجراء حزمة من الفحوصات الدقيقة لتأكيد التشخيص، وشملت تحليل الدم للكشف عن المؤشرات الدالة على وجود الجلطات، بالإضافة إلى تصوير Ultrasound، لتقييم تدفق الدم عبر الأوردة واكتشاف التجلطات، كما تم استخدام التصوير بالأشعة المقطعية لتحديد مدى انتشارها بدقة، حيث أكدت النتائج وجود تخثرات في الأوردة العميقة للطرف السفلي الأيسر، أدت إلى تأثر الطرف بنقص التروية.
وأضاف د. أحمد أن الفريق الطبي درس الحالة ووضع خطة علاجية متكاملة، تضمنت إجراء تدخل طارئ بتقنية شفط التخثرات بمساعدة الحاسوب Computer Assisted Vacuum Thrombectomy ، باستخدام جهاز penumbra lighting 12، وتعد هذه التقنية من أحدث الأساليب الطبية لعلاج الجلطات الوريدية، وتم خلال العملية إذابة وشفط الجلطات من الأوردة المتضررة، ما ساعد ولله الحمد، على استعادة تدفق الدم بشكل طبيعي ومنتظم. وتحسنت حالة المراجع بعد العملية مباشرة، ومن ثم غادر المستشفى سيراً على قدميه بعد أيام قليلة دون أي مضاعفات. ولاحقاً أظهرت فحوصات فتح الأوردة، وعودة التروية الدموية إلى وضعها الطبيعي.
