عاجل هيئة الرقابة ومكافحة الفساد تتسلّم مواطنًا مطلوبًا دوليًا في قضايا فساد مالي وإداري من روسيا الاتحادية

صرح مصدر مسؤول بهيئة الرقابة ومكافحة الفساد بأنه تفعيلًا لمذكرة التفاهم الموقعة بين المملكة العربية السعودية ممثلة في هيئة الرقابة ومكافحة الفساد وروسيا الاتحادية ممثلة في النيابة العامة، في مجال مكافحة جرائم الفساد العابرة للحدود، تسلمت المملكة من روسيا اليوم الجمعة 27 جمادى الأولى 1446هـ الموافق 29 نوفمبر 2024م، المواطن المطلوب دوليًا / عبدالله بن عواض عيضة الحارثي، لارتكابه جرائم فساد مالي وإداري.

وتأتي استجابة مكتب المدعي العام الروسي للطلب الرسمي من هيئة الرقابة ومكافحة الفساد في المملكة بتسليم المواطن المطلوب لمحاكمته في المملكة، تأكيدًا لالتزام البلدين لدعم سيادة القانون، والعزم على ضمان تحقيق العدالة وتعزيز التعاون الدولي والجهود الرامية إلى مكافحة جرائم الفساد العابرة للحدود وعدم إفلات الفاسدين من العقاب. كما تنوه "نزاهة" بدور شبكة غلوب إي العالمية والإنتربول في ملاحقة المتورطين بجرائم الفساد والحد من الملاذات الآمنة لهم. وتؤكد الهيئة أنها مستمرة في ملاحقة مرتكبي جرائم الفساد داخل وخارج المملكة، ومحاسبتهم وفق المقتضى الشرعي والنظامي، واسترداد الأموال وعائداتها الناتجة عن ارتكاب تلك الجرائم إلى الخزينة العامة للدولة.
