وكيل صحة البحيرة يُفاجئ مستشفى إيتاي البارود المركزي

أجرى الدكتور السيد أحمد عبد الجواد، وكيل وزارة الصحة بالبحيرة، زيارة مفاجئة مساء اليوم الأربعاء لمستشفى إيتاي البارود المركزي لمتابعة سير العمل بها والاطمئنان على تواجد الفريق الطبي على رأس العمل أثناء النوباتجية.
تأتي الزيارة في إطار المتابعة الميدانية المستمرة لكافة المنشآت الصحية، وخاصة المستشفيات، للتأكد من انتظام سير العمل، والوقوف على جاهزية واستعدادات المستشفيات للعمل بأعلى كفاءة، والاطمئنان على جودة الخدمات الطبية المقدمة للمواطنين خلال الاحتفالات برأس السنة الميلادية وعيد الميلاد المجيد، وتنفيذًا الدكتور خالد عبد الغفار، نائب رئيس الوزراء للتنمية البشرية ووزير الصحة والسكان، والدكتورة جاكلين عازر، محافظ البحيرة.
خلال جولته، تفقد وكيل الوزارة عددًا من أقسام المستشفى، حيث قام بالمرور على الاستقبال والطوارئ واطمأن على توافر كافة الأدوية والمستلزمات الطبية الخاصة بالطوارئ، وتواجد الفريق الطبي على رأس العمل أثناء النوباتجية، موجهًا بتنظيم لتوجيهاتالدخول للعيادات لمنع ازدحام الجمهور ولتسهيل خدمة المواطنين.
شدد وكيل صحة البحيرة على تفعيل دور شركة الأمن في تنظيم دخول وانتظار المواطنين، كما التقى بعدد من المواطنين لبحث شكواهم واستبين عن رأيهم في الخدمة المقدمة لهم، مؤكدًا على الطاقم الطبي وفريق العمل بارتداء الزي الرسمي للفريق الطبي و"أيديهات" التعريف.
وجه وكيل وزارة الصحة بإصلاح الأثاث المتهالك والاستغلال الأمثل لكافة الموارد، وسرعة إنجاز وزيادة العمل والإنتاج خلال الفترة المقبلة، مؤكدًا أن تقديم الرعاية الصحية الكاملة لجميع المواطنين بمستوى جيد ولائق هو هدف الجميع، وهدفنا الأساسي هو إيصال المواطن لمرحلة الرضاء التام عن الخدمة الطبية المقدمة له.
في ختام جولته، أكد وكيل الوزارة على الفريق الطبي والإداري القائم على العمل أثناء النوباتجية بحُسن تنظيم العمل والحرص على نظافة المستشفى، والحفاظ على تقديم الخدمة للمواطنين بشكل متميز ومتقدم.
جاءت الزيارة بحضور الدكتور محمد أمجد، الدكتور رضا عيسى، نواب المدير والفريق الطبي والإداري المعاون.

أعاد مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، القدرة على المشي لمراجعة ثمانينية، عانت من احتكاك حاد في الركبتين مع تآكل شديد في الغضروف، بعملية متقدمة لاستبدال مفصل الركبة باستخدام تقنية الروبوت "Robotic surgery" ، وأنهت العملية معاناتها مع الأعراض الحادة التي أقعدتها على الفراش وعلى كرسي متحرك.
وقال د. محمد سكيك استشاري جراحة العظام والمفاصل، رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج، أن المرأة راجعت المستشفى وهي على كرسي متحرك، وتشكو من طيف متنوع من الأعراض الحادة، أبرزها عدم القدرة على الحركة والنوم بسبب الآلام الحادة وانتفاخ المفصل وتقوس بالساق، وأجريت لها عدة فحوصات كالتصوير بالأشعة السينية، وبينت النتائج وجود خشونة حادة في مفصل الركبة وتآكل بالغضاريف.
أخبار متعلقة "تجنب السرعة".. نصائح مهمة لقيادة آمنة أثناء هطول الأمطارالضمان الاجتماعي.. خطوات الاعتراض على إيقاف الإعانة المالية لذوي الإعاقةوأضاف د. سكيك الحاصل على الزمالة البريطانية والكندية، أن المراجعة أجريت لها عملية متقدمة، باستخدام تقنية الربوت الجراحي، بدأت بتزويد النظام بالمعلومات الخاصة بها، بالإضافة إلى قياسات مفصل الركبة، وتفاصيل مفصل الركبة الصناعي المراد زرعه، وهي إجراءات تمنح الحالة في النهاية نتائج تعافي عالية الدقة، بما يتناسب مع بنية الركبة والأنسجة المحيطة بها، وأجريت العملية تحت التخدير النصفي، وتم فيها تصحيح التقوس الحاد باستخدام دعامة لتعويض تصلب وضعف الأربطة، ومن ثم استبدال مفصل الركبة بآخر صناعي نوعي، مناسب للحالة. استغرقت العملية نحو "90" دقيقة، وتكللت ولله الحمد بالنجاح التام، وتمكنت المراجعة من المشي بعد "3" ساعات من العملية، وغادرت المستشفى بعد "4" أيام، وهي بحالة صحية جيدة، وبذلك تخلصت من كافة الأعراض التي عانت منها طوال السنوات الماضية.
