تعزيزًا للهوية المالية والاقتصادية.. خادم الحرمين يعتمد رمز عملة الريال السعودي

اعتمد خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود - أيده الله - اليوم، رمز عملة الريال السعودي، في خطوة تاريخية تهدف إلى تعزيز هوية العملة الوطنية.
ورفع معالي محافظ البنك المركزي السعودي "ساما" الأستاذ أيمن بن محمد السياري؛ الشكر والتقدير لخادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، وصاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء - حفظهما الله -، بمناسبة إطلاق رمز عملة الريال السعودي.

"اليوم" ترصد مراحل تطور الأزياء السعوديةوأوضح أن القرار الكريم يسهم في تعزيز هوية المملكة المالية على المستوى المحلي والإقليمي والدولي، لافتًا إلى أن بدء العمل بتطبيق رمز العملة سيتم مباشرةً؛ على أن يتم عكسه في التعاملات المالية والتجارية والتطبيقات المختلفة بشكل تدريجي، وذلك بالتنسيق مع الجهات الرسمية ذات الاختصاص.
وأشار معاليه إلى أن هذه المبادرة التي تستهدف تشجيع الاعتزاز بالهوية الوطنية والانتماء الثقافي، وإبراز مكانة الريال السعودي وتعزيز الثقة به، وإظهار مكانة المملكة ضمن الاقتصادات العالمية الكبرى ودول مجموعة العشرين، ستسلط الضوء على تنامي أهمية دور العملة الوطنية في المنظومة المالية العالمية.
وأشاد الأستاذ السياري، بالجهود الحثيثة التي أسهمت في تحقيق هذا الإنجاز، معربًا عن تقديره لجميع الجهات المشاركة في المشروع الذي قاده البنك المركزي السعودي لاعتماد رمز العملة الوطنية، بمن فيها وزارة الثقافة، ووزارة الإعلام، والهيئة السعودية للمواصفات والمقاييس والجودة.
ويجسد رمز العملة الوطنية - الذي صُمم بأعلى المعايير الفنية - ثقافة المملكة وتراثها العريقين، حيث يحمل الرمز اسم عملتنا الوطنية "ريال" بتصميم مستوحى من الخط العربي، وسيعزز الرمز من تمثيل الريال السعودي في السياق المحلي والإقليمي والدولي؛ ما يجعله مناسبًا للاستخدام في الإشارة إلى الريال السعودي في جميع التعاملات المالية والتجارية.
